FRENCH EMBASSY GHANA

SERVICES PROVIDED: EVENT PRODUCTION

We produced the French Embassy in Ghana’s annual Bastille Day Celebration on Saturday, July 13th, under the leadership of His Excellency Jules-Armand Aniambossou, France’s Ambassador to Ghana. This marked our second year collaborating with Ambassador Aniambossou and our third year producing the event for the Embassy. Inspired by the themes of the Paris 2024 Olympics and Francophonie, we brought sport, culture, and athletes to life in Accra with a stunning concept. The event welcomed nearly 1,000 guests, including the guest of honor, former Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo.

SEED ACADEMY X BAL

SERVICES PROVIDED: EVENT PRODUCTION, PUBLIC RELATIONS

We produced SEED Academy Ghana’s collaboration with the Basketball Africa League (BAL) and the BAL4HER initiative, showcasing their shared commitment to promoting gender equality and equity through basketball.

The event featured 50 players participating in the BAL4HER U23 ID Camp, where they received both on-court development and career guidance.

SOLE CHRONICLES PODCAST

SERVICES PROVIDED: PUBLIC RELATIONS, PODCAST PRODUCTION

We provided public relations focused on amplifying the visibility and reach of The Sole Chronicles podcast episode featuring The Deans—Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz (Kasseem Dean)—who are celebrated as one of the entertainment industry’s top power couples.

Our efforts ensured strategic media placements, engagement with key audiences, and heightened buzz around this compelling episode, positioning it as a must-listen conversation within the entertainment and lifestyle space

MARINA SUPERMARKET

SERVICES PROVIDED: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT, MARKETING STRATEGY, ADVERTISING, INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIPS

We provided 360° marketing and advertising support for Marina Supermarket, one of Ghana’s leading supermarket chains.

Our work included designing creative copy for an outdoor ad campaign to promote the launch of a new location, alongside digital marketing, influencer partnerships, public relations, and on-site experiences. This milestone was a celebration of innovation and teamwork.

Influencer Collaborations: Partnered with Elikem Kumordzi, Zion Felix, Hailie Sumney, and Selly Galley to boost brand visibility, especially during the festive season.

Media Coverage: Collaborated with UTV Ghana to amplify the reach and awareness of Marina Supermarket’s initiatives.

Festive Campaigns: Crafted vibrant and engaging holiday campaigns to showcase the best of Marina Supermarket during the festive season.

NUMERO UNO

SERVICES PROVIDED: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT/ INFLUENCER COORDINATION/ DIGITAL MARKETING

We provided innovative and impactful marketing solutions for Numero Uno Ghana, a global fashion brand expanding within the West African market.

We spearheaded the launch and marketing of Numero Uno Clothing Shop’s new branch at Spintex, leveraging our expertise in social media management, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing.

We managed the digital marketing strategy for Landtours, Ghana’s leading tour company which provides curated experiences across West Africa. We managed the digital marketing strategy for Budget, a leading car rental service in Ghana, known for offering reliable and affordable transportation solutions to both locals and international travelers.

Our efforts focused on enhancing Budget’s online presence by creating engaging content, running targeted campaigns, and connecting with audiences who value convenience and flexibility in their travel.

Through our strategy, we highlighted Budget’s diverse fleet of vehicles and its reputation for exceptional customer service, making it the go-to car rental service in Ghana.

WaxPrint Media on Tuesday, March 5th, the eve of Ghana’s 67th Independence Day, for The Future is African, a networking cocktail series to foster collaboration between African and Diasporan entrepreneurs and professionals

We recently hosted the second edition of THE FUTURE IS AFRICAN, a networking and collaboration event organized by WaxPrint Media and AYO Magazine. In partnership with Burberry, the event also offered a luxury shopping experience, bringing together industry leaders and influencers for an unforgettable evening.

NY TECH WEEK AT LINKEDIN HQ - NYC

During NY Tech Week (June 3-9), WaxPrint Media partnered with AfricaNXT to present #dmaAfrica (Download My App), an interactive platform designed for African founders to connect with potential customers and investors. The program was held at LinkedIn Social Impact HQ at the Empire State Building in Manhattan, NYC..

WAXPRINT MEDIA LONDON MEETUP - THE AFRICA CENTER

We held an intimate gathering in London for cocktails and dialogue to explore collaborations in tech, culture, media, and Africa at Le Maquis Bar, The Africa Centre.

ONE ART ONE AFRICA - PHILADELPHIA

We sponsored One Art One Africa, a fundraiser and party in Philly supporting the Akan Collective’s free children’s art program. The event, hosted by Ibrahim ‘IB’ Ben-Bako, was a vibrant exchange of ideas on traveling, living, and doing business on the continent, all while uplifting the community through music, dance, art, dialogue, and food.

We handled public relations for Ayéya and La Gallery’s Breakfast Event which brought together stakeholders from various sectors, including a visiting delegation from Whole Foods Market, alongside esteemed participants from creative industries, diplomatic missions, government and media. NESPRESSO

SERVICES PROVIDED: EVENT PRODUCTION,PUBLIC RELATIONS, INFLUENCER ENGAGEMENT

We managed Public Relations and produced the Ghana launch of the Nespresso Vertuo System. The launch was an opportunity for guests to immerse in the captivating world of Nespresso with a delightful cocktail party hosted by Chef Ruby featuring coffee inspired cocktails and canapes.

We also managed an on-site retail Customer Service Experience program that provided the brand with data and insights on their sales representatives and customer experience.

HASKE CONSULT/SOUTH AFRICAN SANITATION TECHNOLOGY

SERVICES PROVIDED: MARKETING STRATEGY, DIGITAL ADVERTISING/ SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT/ PUBLIC RELATIONS

We partnered with Pan-African consulting group Haske Conseil to develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Water Research Commission and SASTEP’s launch of the Next Generation Sanitation (NGS) Knowledge Hub.

Our work included creating a video series showcasing inspiring personalities across Africa working in sustainability and water technology, from policy to community development.

MIMI PLANGE X VIVA BOUTIQUE

SERVICES PROVIDED: EVENT COORDINATION

We welcomed award-winning Ghanaian American designer, Mimi Plange to Accra and coordinated a reception/discussion with Sacha Okoh, the owner of Viva Boutique. Based in NYC, Mimi Plange is a brand that interprets African traditions into American Sportswear classics.

The intimate cocktail reception allowed creatives, media and fashion enthusiasts an opportunity to meet with the celebrated designer and enjoy complimentary sparkling wine compliments of JP Chenet Gold.

GLOBAL CONFERENCE ON HUMAN RESOURCES IN AFRICA

SERVICES PROVIDED: EVENT COORDINATION, PUBLIC RELATIONS OUTREACH

We supported public relations and coordinated a lead of events in NYC for the Global Conference on Human Resources in Africa, held in Accra, Ghana, on October 24-25. Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., President and CEO of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Global, a leader on the future of employment, culture, and leadership, played a key role in the conference.

The event focused on the theme, “A Global Discourse on Exploring the Emergence and Dynamics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Resource Technologies in Africa.”

STEMBEES

SERVICES PROVIDED: MARKETING SUPPORT

We supported Ghana’s all-girls robotics team, backed by Stembees, as they earned remarkable recognition at the First Global Robotics Challenge in Athens, Greece. The team was honored with the Judges’ Award for Perseverance, showcasing their dedication and innovation.

JAZMIN WARDLOW

SERVICES PROVIDED: PUBLIC RELATIONS

We handled public relations and influencer engagement for Jazmin and Evan Wardlow, a dynamic couple from Los Angeles, as they embarked on an incredible journey to Sydney, Australia. In an exclusive interview with Travel Noire, the Wardlows shared their experiences as Black expats, offering unique insights into their life and adventures in Australia.

ITEC GLOBAL

SERVICES PROVIDED: BRAND DESIGN AND EVENT PRODUCTION

We led the event production for ITEC Technology Solutions Provider’s BTEM Launch Project, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at enhancing STEM education in Ghana. The event featured insightful speeches from Ghana’s Minister of Education, Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, and the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service, Mrs. Olivia Serwaa Opare.

Through our expertise in event production, we successfully brought the BSTEM launch in Ghana to life, delivering a well-organized and memorable experience for all attendees.

BLACK CANNABIS WEEK

SERVICES PROVIDED: PUBLIC RELATIONS

We provided strategic public relations support for Black Cannabis Week (BCW) as they took an unprecedented leap this year with a bold kickoff tour across five states.

This expansion marked a milestone in their efforts to uplift and educate Black communities about the growing opportunities in the cannabis industry.

We produced digital content for Meggle, a German dairy brand. Our content development efforts focused on highlighting their premium-quality milk and dairy products available at Marina Supermarket.Through our strategic approach, we ensured that the content resonated with their target audience, reinforcing Meggle’s position as a leader in the dairy industry.
