After having a massive sleep from a very long flight from Auckland to Austria I woke up in my host family scared and alone and had a big sense of regret because I was a 15 year old boy who was in a foreign country and a long way from home. I was very scared when I started my first day at school because I didn’t know anyone and didn’t know what to expect. But now I am almost 2 months through this amazing journey and I have made a lot of friends and I am having a really fantastic time in Austria.
