The Kitchen Party returns in 2021. Although we cannot gather along the water’s edge and under a canopy of tall pines at Caliper Lake Provincial Park, with the Kitchen Party we can still enjoy the sounds of “this cool little festival at the lake”! We have invited some of your favourite musical acts from the Moose n’ Fiddle Music Festival. Hands up if you remember the big, green school bus and Woody Holler & His Orchestra! The Kitchen Party line-up also includes: : Red Moon Road, Pierre Schryer & Adam Dobres, Fu Fu Chi Chi Choir and Pharis & Jason Romero. We invite you to join us on YouTube on August 28 at 8pm!
This fun little event spread its roots as a COVID-19 pivot in 2020. It was an unique opportunity for artists and art enthusiasts to connect safely outdoors. Sioux Narrows Provincial Park provided the ideal backdrop. Artists were each given a camp site to display their talents, while those looking to appreciate (and purchase) art were able to do so on a leisurely stroll through the park. The organizers and participants enjoyed it so much and the event was such a success, we will be bringing it back in 2021. The event will be taking place on September 11, 2021. This is the same weekend as the annual Bassin’ For Bucks fishing tournament. Two great events in Sioux Narrows… why not make a weekend out of it?
