DEAR READERS,
As the year winds down and the holidays approach, I’m reminded of the energy that defines this season—reflection, gratitude, and a little celebration for how far we’ve come. At VUE, that celebration takes a bold new shape with our most exclusive cover story to date: an unfiltered conversation with none other than 50 Cent.
From music to business, film to fine spirits, 50 has built an empire on authenticity and hustle. In our one-on-one interview, he didn’t hold back—sharing his perspective on legacy, reinvention, and success on his own terms. It’s rare to get him to “spill the tea,” but he did—and it’s all inside.
This Holiday Issue brings together everything VUE stands for: luxury, substance, and connection. Inside, you’ll find our annual Holiday Gift Guide, a curated selection of “Merry Spirits” for the season’s best cocktails, and inspired features on travel, fine dining, and local escapes that capture the magic of winter in the Northeast.
As always, our team remains dedicated to bringing you stories that not only celebrate style, but the people who shape culture—from the innovators behind today’s most coveted brands to the visionaries redefining what it means to live well.
On behalf of the VUE family, I want to thank our readers, advertisers, and partners for another incredible year. Here’s to new adventures, meaningful connections, and a prosperous New Year ahead.
Happy Holidays,

DANCE
BY BRIANNA ROBERTIELLO

Dance Workshop opened their brand new Upper East Side location at the cross section of designer fashion, world renowned landmarks, and fine dining. Their luxe new studio is the stuff of dreams but don’t be mistaken, it’s very much reality.
WORKSHOP
HIGH-END BOUTIQUE DANCE STUDIO IS RAISING THE BARRE IN DANCE, FASHION, AND COMMUNITY

For over 47 years, Dance Workshop has stood as a cornerstone of Long Island’s dance community. This family-run studio brand offers classes for dancers of every age and skill level, spanning ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, and more. Driven by a passion for youth development, Dance Workshop expanded to Manhattan in 2016, opening a second location on the Upper East Side that reflects its boutique ambiance and community-focused spirit. Beyond recreational classes, Dance Workshop provides elite opportunities for dancers to train, grow, and perform at a worldclass level. The Dance Workshop Company dancers of NYC & Long Island dazzled 80,000 fans at MetLife Stadium with original choreography for their halftime performance at a New York Jets game this fall. In the spring, the dancers will take over the court at the Barclays Center for a Nets game. Dance Workshop is always looking for ways to create unforgettable moments for their students and faculty.

MaryAnn Grasso founded Dance Workshop in 1979 on Long Island with the mission to support, guide, and love children. Dance has been the vehicle to do just that. With decades of excellence in dance, MaryAnn and Nanci (her daughter) joined forces, and established Dance Workshop New York City on the Upper East Side in 2016. “I’ve said this before and I will say it again. My daughter Nanci personifies what Dance Workshop is all about. Who Nanci is as a person is what contributes to the success of our studios. Her passion, creativity, knowledge, and ability to dream led us to open the New York City studio. She knew Dance Workshop had a place in the most beloved skyline and she was right!” exclaimed MaryAnn.
The Grassos have devoted their lives to dance education, community, and the development of children. While Dance Workshop is known for its robust children’s program, the studio has expanded into adult dance and fitness. “We are seeing an increase in adult dancers across all ages. From novice to former professional dancers, we are enjoying this new population at our studio. Dancing reinvigorates your soul! Who doesn’t want to experience that?” said MaryAnn Grasso.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary and new expansion in New York City, Dance Workshop has elevated the studio and dancer experience while bringing the same boutique charm and legacy from its treasured Long Island studio. Dance Workshop has collaborated with Repetto Paris to bring rich design to the studio’s window display, a nod to Parisian sophistication that hints at the artistry waiting inside.
The New York City fashion scene, dance world, tourists, and ballet lovers alike are swooning for their iconic windows. “It’s been the greatest gift to watch the joy on peoples faces as they take in our Repetto Paris windows. They smile, wave and snap a photo,” said director Nanci Grasso. “This is what life is about. Making every day more beautiful and sparking joy in our community. What a gift it is to bring a slice of Paris to New York!” Additionally, the Repetto Paris collection is now available at Dance Workshop New York. From tutus to sweatshirts, there is something for everyone. Dancer or not, you too can have a piece of this legendary brand. Nanci has found a way to merge her love of dance and fashion through this collaboration with Repetto Paris. You can certainly find her teaching class in her favorite dance brand. “It’s been a dream come true. I have to pinch myself daily!” said Grasso.

Dance Workshop’s new home at 30 East 60th Street between Park & Madison Avenues is just the beginning of what’s to come for the Grassos. They have their eyes set on reaching new heights within the dance world and beyond. Together, they are fearlessly dancing through life.

KICKING OFF A CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION
Rockettes OF THE 100 YEARS
BY KRISTIN ACCORSI

There’s no time like Christmastime in New York City, the smell of roasted chestnuts filling the air and the sights and sounds of the season evident on every sidewalk. One of the mainstay seasonal sights are the Radio City Rockettes®, standing center stage at Radio City Music Hall and kicking their way across television screens during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. As synonymous with America as apple pie, the Rockettes have cemented their place in the psyche of citizens as that incredible dance troupe with the in-sync high kicks. But little is known–or seen–of all the hard work that goes in behind the scenes.
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the longest-running precision dance company in America, and to celebrate, we were able to speak with two former Rockettes–each from differing decades–to commemorate and learn more about what it means to be a part of this talented and iconic group of women.
Founded in St. Louis, MO in 1925 by choreographer Russell Markert, the dance company was originally known as the “Missouri Rockets” before relocating to NYC in 1927 and changing their name to the Rockettes. Their renowned performances at Radio City Music Hall
opened in 1933 and they became a staple of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade starting in 1957, one year before Patty Grantham joined the celebrated dance troupe. Being a Rockette was “the most fun I had in my life,” Patty shared of the 12 years she spent on stage. “We were really a sister community, and still are.”
Patty began dancing at 10 years old, taking lessons in her hometown of Uniontown, PA. After a few years of dedicated hard work, Patty, then a senior in high school, traveled to NYC to audition for the Rockettes. Thankfully, she had already accrued all of the credits

needed for graduation, as Patty made the audition for the last traveling group of Rockettes. After spending her late teens touring all over the United States and Canada, Patty received a call that would change the trajectory of her life. “They wanted to put me in at the end of the Christmas show in 1958,” she recalled. On December 12, 1958, Patty’s star began to shine on the kick line.
“We had the most fabulous boss you can ever imagine,” she mused, referencing Russell Markert. “He was always there with the girls.”
During her time with the Rockettes, Patty was under the tutelage of both Markert and Emilia Sherman. “Emilia Sherman was Russell Markert’s

sidekick/assistant who became an equal choreographer,” explained Patty. “She was like our surrogate mother and he was like our surrogate father. I can’t visualize the Rockettes without thinking about Russell.” Patty provided a bit of firsthand knowledge of Russell, sharing that he was a WWI veteran and had seen The Tiller Girls, a famous precision dance troupe from England, while in Europe. “He had this idea of starting a line in the U.S. and he thought he could have a better line,” laughed Patty. “He wanted to have a very leggy group of girls and I think he got that.”
100 years and hundreds of trained Rockettes later, it’s safe to say that Markert succeeded in bringing his vision to life across the pond. “The Thanksgiving Day Parade was so fun to do,” recalled Patty. “I had never been to Macy’s and when we got off the bus, it was like magic…snow just started to fall as we got off

the bus and walked into the lobby of Macy’s.” While Patty reiterated the magic and “fun” of being a Rockette, she was also clear about the hard work that went into it. “We worked seven days a week, 365 days a year,” she stated. When Patty left the Rockettes after more than a decade, her work ethic and dedication to the art of dancing found a new home at Summer Kicks, the fitness studio in East Hampton that she opened and ran for 32 years. “We had wonderful times in that studio,” Patty reminisced. “And it all had to do with life as a Rockette.”
Both Patty Grantham and Heather Langham, a Rockette from 2009-2021, grew emotional while discussing their time with the Rockettes, clear evidence of the deep love and lasting connection the Rockettes share. For Heather Langham, being a Rockette meant that “as long as my legs could keep going, I was gonna do it.” Heather, who started her career in dance as a two-and-a-half-year old, grew up in Phoenix, AZ, continuing to dance throughout her adolescence and college career. After becoming a Rockette in
2009, Heather joined a sisterhood, one that she lovingly recalled. “I miss my sisterhood, that's the one thing[...]you come into this job and really become part of a family. I'm meeting Rockettes that were Rockettes in the 60’s and 70’s with the 100th anniversary,” she shared.
And like her fellow Rockette, Patty, Heather shared how it felt to be in the spotlight. “I miss the performing,” she admitted. “Going to the Christmas show now, some of my friends are still doing it, and watching them brings back the old nostalgic feeling of what it felt like to be on the stage and looking out at the audience.” She also shared in Patty’s enthusiasm of performing at the Thanksgiving Day Parade. “I was in 11 Macy’s Parades; the rush you get from going out and performing with the cameras in your face, being in 10-60 degree weather, feel that rush of adrenaline, perform your number, reap the benefits…it’s something I truly miss.”
While Patty and Heather joyfully reminisced about the fun and glamour of

the Rockette lifestyle, Heather also attested to the amount of dedication that every dancer puts in. “One insight for me is it looks beautiful, they’re up on stage, dripping in these Swarovski crystals, but there's a lot of love, sweat, heart, and tears that go into this job,” said Heather. She also affirmed Patty’s claim about the amount of practice hours. “It’s a full-time job,” Heather stated, “but working over

full time for a good three months of the year…but it’s so worth it.” Those “good three months” Heather referred to are the months preceding the Christmas Spectacular, with rehearsal season occurring “six days a week for six hours a day.” Performance days present their own challenge, with four performances slated for the Rockettes. Heather stressed the importance of mental fortitude on those days, “cheering yourself on to give a performance the same quality that you gave in show one as you gave in show four.”
To be a Rockette requires endurance of all kinds, and as Heather put it, “the discipline to fight and work for your dream, but it's putting the work in to maintain that discipline to make a dream come true.” While the everyday bystander might not realize it, there’s a bit of individuality also at play in the Rockettes’ kick line. “They see us all performing exactly the same,” Heather explained. “The concept is we have to conform the way we dance and how we see ourselves in the line exactly as the person standing next to you. But when I was in the line, we were all able to bring our own flair into it, our own style, so it didn’t look too robotic. It’s multiple individuals coming in to create a cohesive picture.”
Just as each dancer maintained her individuality in the line, each one has gone on to craft a life that’s all her own, post-Rockettes. “I know Rockettes that have been real estate agents, fitness instructors, in finance, so many avenues that women take,” shared Heather. “It was a dream of mine to be able to pass on my story,” she continued, and that’s exactly what Heather has done as a consultant for high school and college dance teams in Long Island. Langham also serves as a judge at regional, national, and world dance competitions. “It’s been really cool to take what I learned from being a Rockette and bring that to the dance world,” she said, noting that she splits her time between “NYC and Southampton.”
Both Patty and Heather expressed their excitement for the upcoming 92nd season of the Christmas Spectacular, which will blend classic numbers such as “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers” with showstopping theatrics. While the iconic Christmas Spectacular remains a timeless tradition in the hearts of children and adults alike, recent technological innovations are elevating the audience experience. Holographic imagery, flying Frost Fairy drones, projection mapping, and
Sphere Immersive Sound will all be utilized in this year’s production. An exciting addition to this year’s show is the launch of Sphere Immersive Sound, the world’s most advanced concert audio system. “With the unique capabilities of Sphere Immersive Sound, we can creatively play with music and sound effects within the Music Hall to immerse audiences in Christmas like never before and transport them into a holiday wonderland,” shares Jessica Tuttle, the EVP of Productions for MSG Entertainment. Patty Grantham agrees. “I can’t wait to hear and see the whole show with the Sphere sound,” she said excitedly. “I hear that you hear every note, every tap sound, with perfect clarity.”

In addition to the new technology and in celebration of the Rockettes’ centennial anniversary, Radio City Music Hall will also hold commemorative activations, along with exclusive merchandise for ticketholders.
The 2025 Christmas Spectacular opens November 6, 2025, with shows running until January 4, 2026. Purchase your tickets in person at the Ticketmaster Box Office at Radio City Music Hall or online at www.rockettes. com/christmas to share part in this timeless holiday tradition.

New Year, Better Sleep.

A MODERN MASTERPIECE OF EUROPEAN INFLUENCE
AN ARCHITECTURAL EXPLORATION OF FORM, TEXTURE, AND TIMELESS DESIGN

By Julian Sterling
This 11,000-square-foot residence represents a masterclass in restraint and refinement—an architectural composition where modern European elegance meets material precision. Every inch of the home reflects an intentional dialogue between structure and softness, boldness and balance. It’s a study in the art of proportion, light, and texture—crafted not merely to inhabit, but to experience.
From the entryway, a sense of grandeur unfolds. A 20-foot mirrorclad fireplace defines the great room, its verticality drawing the eye upward while simultaneously grounding the space. Custom floorto-ceiling windows frame the surrounding landscape, dissolving boundaries between interior and exterior. The palette is a tactile symphony of wood, marble, metal, and leather wall panels, each surface illuminated by integrated LED tracks that highlight architectural geometry. Bronze-tinted glass railings and large-format porcelain tile maintain continuity, resulting in a main floor that is at once sculptural and serene.

AN ARCHITECTURAL CENTERPIECE
At the core of the home, the staircase becomes more than a passageway— it’s a sculptural statement. Clad in polished black marble and flanked by mirrored bronze walls, its reflective surfaces play with light and scale, introducing a sense of movement and rhythm. The staircase unifies each level both visually and spatially, functioning as an axis of symmetry and sophistication.
MATERIAL INTEGRITY AND MINIMALISM
In the main kitchen, the designer’s restraint is evident. A monochromatic black composition of Miele appliances and Silestone countertops achieves seamless integration, with concealed outlets preserving the purity of the form. A secondary chef’s kitchen—equipped with Monogram appliances—supports both function and design continuity.
Material consistency anchors the home’s narrative. The powder room features a bespoke Rosso Alba marble vanity, while the primary suite melds into tranquility. There, a wall of neutral onyx forms a soft backdrop for a freestanding tub, complemented by dual marble vanities, an electronic shower system, and an in-shower body dryer. The result is a spa-like retreat where technology and tactility coexist.

UPPER-LEVEL HARMONY
The second floor continues the architectural rhythm established below. Three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, are designed with quiet luxury in mind. A secondary living area with a bar mirrors the material palette of the main kitchen, while an office framed by floor-to-ceiling windows captures expansive views of the backyard. Wide-plank white oak flooring adds warmth, contrasting with the home’s more linear architectural language. Throughout, bronze mirrors, wood panels, and integrated lighting maintain a visual throughline that connects every space.
THE WELLNESS LEVEL
The lower level reinterprets the notion of leisure through a contemporary lens. A wellness suite—complete with gym, sauna, and cold plunge— embraces a moody matte-black palette, its mirrored walls and LED accents amplifying both energy and atmosphere. This level also includes a guest suite, entertainment bar, and full bath, balancing functionality with finesse. Accordion doors open the interior to the pool deck, allowing the architecture to flow outward into nature.
ARCHITECTURAL INTENT
The exterior architecture maintains the home’s sculptural integrity. Dressed in deep black stone, the terrace and pool deck extend the visual language of the interior. The black-glass pool, paired with matching railings, acts as a reflective centerpiece, while a motorized 300-inch outdoor television and integrated smart-home system elevates the experience of outdoor living. The whole-home audio system and intelligent lighting ensure cohesion between technology and design, indoors and out.
This residence embodies the principles of modern architecture—purity of line, material authenticity, and emotional restraint. Its palette of black, bronze, and earth tones lends a quiet masculinity, while its composition of light and reflection introduces balance and depth. The result is a residence that transcends trend, defined by precision and permanence—a timeless study in contemporary European luxury.

POWER, LEGACY & LUXURY
For Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, power has never been about titles—it’s about evolution. From South Jamaica to silver screens, from platinum records to rare cognac, every move has been a masterclass in reinvention. As the mind behind G-Unit Film & Television and the creator of the ultra-exclusive Branson x Lalique 505 Edition, Jackson sits at the intersection of hustle and high art. In VUE Magazine’s holiday issue, he opens up about redefining luxury, the lessons behind loss, and the discipline that builds empires—reminding us that real power isn’t given, it’s crafted, aged, and poured with purpose.
SOMETIMES
‘NO’
JUST MEANS THEY DON’T UNDERSTAND THE IDEA.”

VUE: You built an empire that spans beyond music, beyond film, fashion, and spirits. What does luxury truly mean to you now, compared to what it meant at the start of your career?
50 Cent: What does luxury mean? I've had so many different cool experiences. It's hard to put my finger on. When I see things I saw one place somewhere else, it makes me feel like it's really cool, like, I've been in hotel rooms that were yacht inspired. They had the wood that would be inside the yacht, inside the actual room. And I walked through the room and felt like maybe I should have brought someone… so they could attach me to the experience of it. It felt so fly because I wanted someone…that I said, ‘man, I should have brought somebody, and they could experience it,’ felt luxurious to me. It felt like it was upscale. It felt like it was a part, maybe a pinch of the highest level of living.
VUE: Love that. So, you've been known to turn adversity into opportunity. What's the best lesson that you've learned from failure?
50 Cent: Whenever I have situations that feel like a failing situation, I look at it like, my plans and God's plans aren’t exactly the same. And it's a learning experience for me at that point. So I don't really accept, I have a hard time with no; when I'm trying to do something, if the answer is no, sometimes I hear you say, they don't understand. It doesn't mean it's not the right idea. They just don't understand the idea.
VUE: Coming from South Jamaica, Queens, a world away from private jets and penthouses, what's a key moment you've experienced that makes you just stop and reflect on all of that?
50 Cent: I was sitting with my accountant and he told me how much money I have now. I stopped him, I thought and I said, ‘Shit, this is good. This is the American dream, baby.’ You look at South Jamaica specifically, in that period, the biggest restraint was financial. So it makes you feel like the finances are the answer…because it's like the biggest restraint financially, at that point, it makes you feel like it's the answer to all your problems. Then later, when you get the finances, you find a new obstacle.
VUE: You find new problems. Tell us about 505 Society and Branson Partnership with Lalique.
50 Cent: It’s exciting. I started Branson in 2018. And, like, as far as Branson and Le Chemin du Roi is concerned, I'm the sole owner in the company. It's not

like I'm being hired to market. The majority of times when you see artists connected to brands, they're being paid to endorse the product. Sire is my youngest son's name. This company was built with the intent to pass down. The idea for the 505 Edition began back in 2019 when I was in Cognac with my Master Blender, sourcing a rare collection of Hors d’Âge blends—some aged over a century. I knew the Cognac inside the bottle had to be matched by something equally rare and extraordinary on the outside, which is why I chose to collaborate with Lalique.
The Branson 505 Edition isn’t just a Cognac—it’s a legacy. Entry into the 505 Society is by invitation only and begins with a $5,000 charitable contribution to my G-Unity Foundation, followed by a $20,000 purchase of the bottle itself—a collector’s item that will never be produced again.
VUE: Going into a little bit about movies and roles. Power, which is a show, I was full on, locked and loaded, watching every season. Both the show and the concept became a cornerstone of your brand. How do you personally define power today? And has that changed over time?
50 Cent: For African Americans, for any diversity, Power is Yellowstone. If you want to match or look at something that you can compare to it, that has had multiple spinoffs to continue to have success. It's been number one with four shows and in AfricanAmerican and Latina households for over 10 years. So, there’s Tyler Perry. There’s me. There's those guys that have one hit at a time. You know, and now I got everybody comfortable with the idea of me delivering the right material, so now they’re gonna start to see me work for real, I have over 40 shows across 12 different networks, 10 on and or headed to air and two movies in production for release in 2026, so yeah, G-Unit Film and TV is working.
VUE: VUE: Tell me a little bit about your opening film Street Fighter and also the Fox True Nation Crime series with 50 Ways to Catch a Killer.
50 Cent: I'll answer it backwards. The Fox Nation project, for me, was really cool. The true crime genre, I enjoy it, and I like to watch and I try to figure out what the results are going to be before they tell me. And so I'm kind of borderline an investigator; while watching, I can kind of investigate with the investigators, like try to figure it out before they tell me exactly what happened. But being able to do that show,
it's fun because it gives you a different perspective and a deeper dive into it because you are involved in the information early before everyone gets a chance to see, you know, the outcome. But, I really enjoyed doing that, 50 Ways to Catch a Killer. I'm going to do more. It's really doing well on Fox Nation right now. It’s a successful project. The question you asked me before that, about Street Fighter...look, if you look at me in Fox Nation, in 50 Ways to Catch a Killer, I am busting up out of that shit. You look, I'm like, 236 pounds. I just got from the gym. I trained, and then came over to shoot the wraparounds for those shows, and that shit had me looking like the Hulk. But since then, I had to train for Street Fighter, for the Balrog role, and I went from 236 to 205.
VUE: You've always been open about losing money on certain ventures. What's one deal that you wish you had never touched? And one you would double down on, if you could?
50 Cent: One, look, people irritate me while I'm winning. I'm still doing well. I’m still financially being compensated for the things, but I'm irritated by the people involved, at points. And then it makes me not even want the fucking money. Get away from me. I don't give a fuck. Don't call me. I don't want to talk to you. Why do I gotta talk to you? Why am I doing this to me, to my life? I'm spending time, the most expensive thing we spend is time, we can't get it back. And it still wouldn’t look like it wasn't a good deal. We looked at it on paper, you'd be upset with me. People would go, they gave you how much fucking money? And you're upset about what? But…the deal itself, like, having to actually deal with the people, is punishment. That they don't understand how, you know, what's really going on out here. You know, so. I wish I didn't do business with Beam Suntory…I made a lot of money with them, but I wish I had never worked with them. You know, Julius Grant and Mike Caruso, and guys that were involved with that actual project at the time, they’re criminals.

VUE: Now we're gonna do quick, fun, rapid fires. You got to think top of your head. It's kind of like we're on a game show. All right, you ready? Eggnog or Hennessy?
50 Cent: Eggnog.
VUE: Best Christmas present you've ever received?
50 Cent: Can I say this? I said she was great.
VUE: Worst Christmas present you ever got?
50 Cent: Worst Christmas present? Socks, man. You know socks. I got socks already. Stop giving me socks. Yeah, they never take the time to make them designer.
VUE: If you had to cook Christmas dinner, what's the one dish you think you nail?
50 Cent: Grilled cheese.
VUE: “In Da Club” or “Candy Shop”?
50 Cent: “Candy Shop.”
VUE: Favorite holiday movie, Home Alone or Die Hard?
50 Cent: Home Alone.
VUE: Ugly Christmas sweater or tailored suit?
50 Cent: I'd rather wear a tailored suit.
VUE: I had a feeling you'd say that. Mariah Carey, “All I Want for Christmas.” Love it or skip?
50 Cent: It is a Christmas vibe. She's got the biggest Christmas albums, actually.
VUE: Who would win in a gift wrapping contest? You or Eminem?
50 Cent: Gift wrapping? Me, of course.
VUE: If you could give the world one gift this year, what would you give them?
50 Cent: A bigger hit than I have delivered so far.
VUE: Love that. Love that. Favorite restaurant in Jersey?
50 Cent: In New Jersey? Um. I like the Chop House. It's where you can see the city? Yeah.
VUE: Favorite spot or hidden gem that you can tell everybody you love?
50 Cent: Oh, man. It's this spot called Confessions in Houston. It’s just one of the hidden gems out there.
VUE: And then last but not least, who does these items better? Jersey or New York? Bagels?
50 Cent: New York. It's a spot right by…it's on 57th.
VUE: Okay, so New York bagels. And what about pizza?
50 Cent: Pizza, New York.
VUE: So New York wins. Pizza and bagels. Wow.
50 Cent: We ain’t got a lot of cool shit, but we got pizzas and bagels. You know, it looks amazing out here, the buildings, but you might get mugged.
VUE: That wraps it up bro. Appreciate you.

Cali Mykonos
The Art of Elevated Seclusion
BY JORDAN FISK

On the eastern edge of Greece’s most cosmopolitan island, where the cliffs of Mykonos surrender to the sapphire stretch of the Aegean, stands Cali Mykonos—a sanctuary that has quietly redefined the meaning of island luxury. Since its debut in 2022, this architectural marvel has become the epitome of modern Mediterranean refinement, merging natural beauty, privacy, and sophistication in a way that feels both timeless and utterly of the moment.
Carved into the cliffside above the pristine Kalafati Beach, Cali Mykonos commands one of the island’s most secluded and picturesque locations. Its 40 private villas— each boasting sweeping sea views, a private pool, and a sun-drenched terrace—cascade down the hillside in perfect harmony with the rugged landscape. The property’s design language is restrained yet grand: soft, neutral stone tones, sculptural lines, and panoramic glass that dissolves the boundary between indoors and out.
At its heart lies the resort’s crown jewel—an extraordinary 110-meter infinity pool, nearly double the size of an Olympic pool. It appears to spill effortlessly into the Aegean, blurring the horizon into a seamless expanse of blue. This architectural centerpiece embodies Cali’s ethos: an experience of boundless calm and understated grandeur.

Cali Mykonos is, above all, a celebration of Greek heritage through a lens of modern elegance. The resort’s signature Mediterranean restaurant pays homage to the island’s culinary roots, serving exquisite interpretations of classic Greek cuisine. Each dish is crafted with locally sourced ingredients—from freshly caught seafood to sun-ripened produce from nearby farms—and presented with an artful simplicity that mirrors the landscape itself. Dining here is a sensory ritual: the soft hum of waves below, the scent of olive and lemon drifting through the air, and the golden light that paints every evening in cinematic tones.

Beyond the table, guests can discover the Aegean in its purest form. Just steps from the pool, a private fleet of yachts and speedboats awaits, ready to whisk travelers to hidden beaches, neighboring islands like Tinos and Paros, or the sacred archaeological wonder of Delos. Each voyage feels intimate and bespoke—an invitation to explore the quieter, more authentic side of the Cyclades.

As Cali Mykonos enters its next era in 2026, it continues to evolve as a leader in holistic, designdriven hospitality. The debut of a world-class spa marks a new chapter of wellness for the resort. Designed as a sanctuary within a sanctuary, the spa features infrared saunas, cold plunges, hammams, and steam showers, as well as treatments inspired by indigenous ingredients like sea salt, thyme, and honey. Guests can also enjoy an open-air gym with panoramic ocean views, or take to the new padel and tennis courts—each offering a dynamic balance between leisure and movement against the breathtaking Aegean backdrop.
For those drawn to the water, Cali’s new watersports program brings adventure to the shoreline, from serene paddleboarding at sunrise to the thrill of jet skiing across crystalline waters. Evenings find their rhythm at the newly unveiled Apollo Bar, a lively yet refined space where handcrafted cocktails and Greek small plates are paired with live music and the hum of conversation under the stars.
Yet what truly sets Cali Mykonos apart is its unwavering commitment to conscious luxury. The property is the only hotel in Greece to earn Platinum WELL Certification, awarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI)—a recognition of its exceptional design, sustainability, and

commitment to guest well-being. With its private water desalination plant, ISO14001-certified energy systems, and holistic operational approach, Cali demonstrates that luxury and environmental stewardship can not only coexist—but enhance one another.
In a world where opulence often overshadows authenticity, Cali Mykonos stands apart as a place of balance—a resort that honors both the grandeur of its natural surroundings and the grace of intentional living. It is not merely a destination, but a state of being: where sea and sky converge, time slows, and the art of elevated seclusion reveals itself in every detail.

The Edge of Elegance : GURNEY’S MONTAUK REIMAGINED

By S abrina Travosin
Perched on the edge of the Atlantic, Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa stands as the Hamptons’ crown jewel—a sanctuary where oceanfront glamour meets effortless tranquility. As the only luxury year-round resort in the Hamptons situated directly on the beach, Gurney’s offers something few destinations can: the rhythmic soundtrack of crashing waves as your constant backdrop, paired with refined hospitality and design that evokes understated seaside sophistication.
With 158 rooms, suites, and private beachfront cottages, every accommodation is designed to capture the beauty of Montauk’s coastline. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite in natural light and sweeping ocean views, while neutral palettes and organic textures mirror the serene landscape outside. Whether arriving for a romantic weekend or a rejuvenating wellness escape, guests are enveloped in a sense of calm that feels both intimate and expansive.

At the heart of the property lies Gurney’s Seawater Spa, a newly reimagined 30,000-square-foot thalassotherapy and wellness destination. The spa embraces the natural healing properties of the sea, offering seawater-fed pools, steam rooms, saunas, and a menu of treatments designed to restore balance and vitality. Every element—down to the mineral-rich waters and oceanic ingredients—echoes the surrounding environment, creating a holistic journey of renewal.
This summer, Gurney’s welcomed a vibrant new addition to its culinary landscape: Gigi's Montauk. Set against panoramic ocean views, Gigi’s brings a lively yet elevated energy to the shore. The restaurant celebrates upscale New American cuisine with a coastal twist—from sushi and sustainably sourced seafood to perfectly grilled steaks—served family-style to encourage connection and conversation. Signature cocktails, inventive shareable plates, and a refined yet approachable atmosphere make Gigi’s the place to gather from day to night.
For those seeking a more relaxed setting, the Dune Café & Lounge delivers effortless chic. Its seafoam greens, sandy neutrals, and breezy woven textures create a visual symphony of laid-back elegance—a space where morning coffee transitions seamlessly into golden-hour cocktails.
Beyond the dining and wellness experiences, Gurney’s Montauk embodies the essence of coastal living at its most luxurious. Whether lounging in a private cabana at the Beach Club, taking in the salt-kissed air from a balcony suite, or indulging in world-class treatments at the spa, every moment feels curated, natural, and timeless.
In a destination known for its exclusivity, Gurney’s doesn’t just define Montauk luxury—it refines it.

Through the Lens Walk With Me: Hamptons

Susan Kaufman is a photographer whose visual voice evolved from a distinguished career in fashion publishing to the intimate city- and landscape-led explorations of her books. In her new collection Walk With Me: Hamptons, Kaufman invites us on a luminous stroll through the East End’s dreamy landscapes—sunlit shingled cottages, wind-whipped dunes, and elegant front porches brimming with charm. Through Kaufman’s lens, the Hamptons become less a destination and more a state of quiet, elegant reverie—perfectly aligned with the understated luxury and timeless style we embrace here.

Where
North Pole Magic Meets Island Paradise
If Santa traded his sleigh for a beach lounger, this is where he’d land.
Festive Fun for the Whole Family
All Beaches resorts transform into a white-sand wonderland from November 28 through December 31. Beaches’ partnership with The Elf on the Shelf® brings a full season of joy, including:
Sweet Island Soirees: Weekly celebrations with candy fairies, stilt walkers, and dazzling décor.
Santaverse Movie Nights: Family screenings of The Elf on the Shelf Santaverse™ films under the Caribbean stars.
Scout Elf Central: The resort’s festive HQ filled with treats, crafts, and cheerful surprises.
V.I.E. Amenities: Special bedtime treats in Butler suites fit for Santa’s hardest-working elves.
More Merry Moments: Pajama storytimes, holiday karaoke, and tropical scavenger hunts that keep the laughter going long after sunset.
Guests can even bring a piece of the magic home with collectible treasures—like the 20th Anniversary Elf on the Shelf Tradition Set, brand-new Scout Elf™ carriers, and playful stocking stuffers available in Beaches’ boutiques.
Exclusively at Beaches Turks & Caicos, families can now experience the holidays in a whole new way with The Elf on the Shelf Caribbean Vacation Suite—a festive, sun-soaked hideaway available exclusively for the 2025 holiday season (November 28–January 1, 2026).
Created in partnership with The Lumistella Company, the creators behind The Elf on the Shelf Santaverse, this one-of-a-kind suite combines North Pole cheer with Caribbean cool. Picture the Scout Elf’s signature red and white, reimagined in tropical style. Every corner is sprinkled with holiday whimsy—from custom wallpaper featuring Scout Elves swinging through palm trees to themed bedding, collectible décor, and a twinkling tree wrapped in lights and memories. Even the cocoa bar feels like Santa’s beach bungalow.

Where Elves (and Families) Play
In the bunk room, little guests are greeted with the kind of magic only a Scout Elf could dream up. Storybooks like The Rise of Nicholas the Noble, festive board games (Peppermint Pickup, anyone?), and cuddly Scout Elf plushies turn bedtime into an adventure. Step outside, and the walkout patio transforms into a tropical toyland—with candy cane-striped furniture, cheerful décor, and sunshine for days.
But the magic doesn’t stop there. Guests staying in the Elf on the Shelf Suite (and all Butler accommodations) get their very own Jingle Shell Butler—a merry attendant who brings the North Pole to your doorstep, red gloves and all. Whether it’s drawing bubble baths that sparkle like sea foam or reserving the perfect beachfront spot, these festive butlers make sure every wish—big or small—gets its sprinkle of holiday magic. At night, they even deliver V.I.E. (Very Important Elf) surprises: tiny milk and cookies, marshmallow bubble baths, and other whimsical treats designed just for Santa’s little helpers.
The Season of Giving
In the spirit of holiday kindness, Beaches and The Lumistella Company are teaming up to support the Sandals Foundation, spreading joy across the Caribbean. Guests can help by crafting holiday cards for local children while the Foundation donates more than 45,000 gifts to communities in need. At Beaches, giving back is the brightest part of the season.
The magic doesn’t end when the decorations come down. In March 2026, Beaches Turks & Caicos will unveil Treasure Beach Village—a dazzling new family oasis with 101 multi-bedroom suites, oceanview pools, a lively food hall, and even more room for Scout Elf adventures.
As Christa Pitts, co-founder of The Lumistella Company, puts it best:
“Being the Official Caribbean Vacation of The Elf on the Shelf is pure joy. Families can carry their cherished traditions with them, where small moments of wonder become the big memories they’ll treasure forever.”

PREMIERE SERIES
LE CLOSET
ARIELLE SILVERSTONE

THE ORIGIN OF AMBITION
Q: What did ambition look like for you before Le Closet—and how has that definition evolved since becoming a founder?
A: Before owning a business, ambition felt connected to a significant level of notoriety. Today, I define the word differently. Ambition has so much more to do with service, and how to grow with our team, our business, and our customer base.
Q: Was there a turning point in your life that changed how you viewed success or independence?
A: Like all new business owners, I struggled significantly when I opened our flagship store in Southampton. A major turning point was my realization that independence doesn’t exist; rather, it’s my dependence on our community that creates our success. The old adage is true: it takes a village.
Q: When people describe you as a “businesswoman,” what does that word mean to you personally and do you embrace it, or does it still feel new?
A: I am flattered! I feel lucky to be a woman in business, and embrace the term without hesitation. Personally, it feels exciting and limitless.

BUILDING IN THE HAMPTONS
Q: How has the Hamptons shaped you as a founder and as a woman: has the pace, clientele, or setting influenced how you do business?
A: Without question, the Hamptonian network created my business. I learned that fostering relationships within both the seasonal and local communities are critical to any success out east–a valuable lesson that has served me well as I look towards other markets.
Q: What are some of the unseen challenges of running a business in a seasonal, highexpectation market like the East End?
A: While we stay open year-round, the seasonality of the East End is always a challenge. We consistently seek interesting and new ways to increase engagement in the off-season. We host events, parties, and I try to make our more local dwellers feel that we are a place for them to call home.
Q: What do you think the Hamptons get right about female entrepreneurship—and what could it do better?
A: I know so many amazing female entrepreneurs out East–and I love the opportunities that the Hamptons fosters for us. I would love to see even more women find entrepreneurial success, though that’s not necessarily only a Hamptons issue, but a global one.
PERSONAL TEXTURE
Q: What’s one ritual, habit, or simple joy that keeps you grounded amidst all the chaos?
A: I love hosting Shabbat dinners in Southampton–I try to do at least one or two per month. Shadowbox Pilates also keeps me sane. I always hit the sauna after class, and a good schvitz can really solve most problems.
Q: Who are the women—in your life or in culture—who continually inspire you?

“Ambition has so much more to do with service, and how to grow with our team, our business, and our customer base.

A: My girlfriends are my everything. I’m lucky to have such a tight-knit group, and they inspire me every single day.
Q: What would you tell your younger self about power, creativity, or self-belief?
A: Don’t let someone take away your power. Be confident and bold in leadership.
Q: If Le Closet were a woman, how would you describe her personality?
A: Fun, kind, and smart. Plus, she loves a great label at a great deal (and likely owns an adorable doggo).
THE FUTURE OF LE CLOSET
Q: Are there new directions or experiences you want the brand to explore—collaborations, lifestyle expansions, events?
A: I’m so excited about the future. We have a store on 74th and Lex on the UES, and I can’t wait to make the two stores feel and act more cohesively. We’re partnering with some fantastic and celebrated women to host their own “closet cleanouts,” in addition to some amazing trunk shows at both stores.
I also co-run a female-owned film equity fund (Tiny Office Productions), and it’s been so cool to watch how Le Closet intersects in that world. We share so many clients and customers, and I love unleashing my creativity in both places. We definitely want to collaborate more in the future.
“My girlfriends are my everything. I’m lucky to have such a tight-knit group, and they inspire me every single day.
