With an impressive view of the vineyards, the equestrian club, and the hills of Apalta, Rayuela is Viu Manent’s signature restaurant, where open-fire cooking and seasonal products take center stage.
Its seasonal menu, inspired by local ingredients from both land and sea, is led by Chef Maira Ramos and paired with a carefully curated selection of wines recommended by the winery’s sommelier.
Everything—from the bread to the desserts—is made in-house to offer an authentic and flavorful experience in the heart of Colchagua.

The delicacy of pairing and the passion for gastronomy come together in an unforgettable experience led by the renowned chef Pilar Rodríguez. In a charming little house tucked within Viu Manent Winery, Pilar creates menus cooked with wine and for wine, enhancing each glass with dishes carefully designed to highlight its virtues.
The Food & Wine Studio also offers unique gastronomic experiences, such as seasonal lunches and dinners, as well as themed classes led by the chef or special guests. An intimate space where wine and cuisine engage in elegant and creative dialogue.

CARRIAGE TOUR
Our classic tour. Hop on the carriage and enjoy a memorable experience. Explore the vineyards alongside our bilingual guides in horse-drawn carriages, concluding with a guided wine tasting at the historic La Llavería Visitor Center.
VINEYARD WALKING TOUR
It begins in the Malbec Room with an introduction to our history. Then, alongside an experienced guide, you will explore the Variety Garden and walk through the historic vineyards of San Carlos de Cunaco, learning about viticulture.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of five wines.
E.BIKE TOUR
Entertaining guided tour on electric bicycles, allowing you to learn about wines while riding along internal paths through the vineyards, enjoying stunning views of the Andes Mountains and the Apalta Hills.
The experience concludes with a relaxed tasting of fresh wines and a charcuterie and cheese board.
BICYCLE AND PICNIC IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
The fun e-bike tour is combined with a relaxed Café Picnic, served in a shaded area under the historic poplars and surrounded by vineyards in front of the equestrian club.

GREAT VERTICALS: VIU1 AND EL INCIDENTE
Immerse yourself in a unique and exclusive experience, where an expert guide will take you to taste three different vintages of the winery’s iconic VIU1 wine, along with two vintages of the Gran Carmenere El Incidente. During the tour, you will learn about our history and the origins of our most emblematic wines.

The experience takes place in the Rincón Secreto, a colorful and cozy space designed to immerse guests in the nuances and mysteries of our Secreto wines.
