01 HIGH - RISE LIVING APARTMENT

S6 - STUDIO

To design high - rise apartments that is inspired by both urban and enviornmental aspects , with sustainability at the core of the thinking.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT 40 different identical prefabricated modules connected by steel cables

Randomness arrangement of apartment units , 2bhk ,3bhk ,4bhk

Vertical circulation raised centre of the floor . The apartment are connected to the centre core.

Service and parking facilities are placed ground level

STUDY MODEL

The apartments are rotated through 90 degree or another angle at successive level . The helicoid or randomness configration of successive stacked apartement establishes triple or double height volume above the gardens to maximize light penetration to the living areas and create sufficient space for the planting of trees

VALIYA JUMA MASJID It was established in the year of 1510 , is considered as the mecca of muslim in kerala .The main feature of this masjid is the oil lamp still kept burning .

Valiya jaram consist of a mosque , a makham of three burials . A pond and a residence of two families . Seperate praying space for , men and women are provided here . At a time very less number of people can enter into the makham . About 5000 people can perform prayer at the same time .
