THE WORK OF A DESTINATION ORGANIZATION
Two years into my role at Visit Spokane, I continue to be inspired by the passion, creativity, and resilience of our team and partners. In the past year, we’ve built on the momentum of our rebrand, expanded our work in placemaking, and deepened relationships across the region. From supporting diverse community initiatives to amplifying Spokane’s unique character, we’ve remained focused on delivering long-term value to the community through tourism.
Visit Spokane exists to drive visitation, and with it, business growth, job creation, and tax revenue that benefits everyone. Our efforts are grounded in the belief that thriving communities invest in destination marketing, because when people visit, they often choose to stay, launch businesses, or make personal investments. Tourism is often the first handshake a community extends to the world.

Our mission remains clear: to showcase Spokane’s experiences, elevate the visitor journey, and ensure our destination stands out in a competitive landscape. But we can’t do it alone. We are deeply grateful to our hospitality partners and always looking to grow our network of collaborators. Together, we can continue to position Spokane as a place where people want to visit, live, work, and thrive.
Here’s to the continued growth of our region, and to another impactful year ahead.
