This lexicon contains essentially common technical words used in the field of Food Processing in Rwanda and Burundi. It is meant for all stakeholders involved in this field like TVET trainers/teachers, students and technicians for whom this lexicon may be a friendly and useful tool. Because of the recent changes in the language of instruction in Rwanda educational sector, this trilingual lexicon may promote consistency in communications and allow a smooth adaptation to the country three official languages (Kinyarwanda, French and English). This lexicon has been developed under the financial and technical support of PAFP (Belgian Common TVET Support Programme).
