This class consists of a great workout for your glutes, legs and abs that will strengthen and tone the muscles of the lower body. This class is a combination of cardio and muscle work, using the step and body bar. A short abdominal component and cool down will leave you feeling solid and strong!
This high intensity interval training is the newest hit in the fitness world! Intervals are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times, for a total of 4 min. This class will use a variety of different exercises to challenge you and bring your fitness to the next level!
Cardio Kickstart
A total body workout that combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance, to help you attain and maintain your physique. Along with driving and motivating music, you will jam through RIPPED with smiles, determination, and strength. It will absolutely challenge your level of fitness and endurance!
This classic full cardio workout combines moderate high intensity cardio choreography with functional strength exercises. Burn maximum calories and build endurance and strength in this high energy, power-packed class. Take it as high or as low as you want!
