











Moong dal - 1 cup
Toor dal - 1 cup
Chana dal - 1 cup
Dosa / idli rice - 2 cups
Wash all the ingredients and soak for 8 hours
Grind the ingredients, adding a little salt and a pinch of hing If you like it spicy, then you can add 2- dried red chillies
Leave the mixture overnight.
Next morning, add ghee on a hot tawa and prepare the dosa. Enjoy with fresh coconut chutney or any other chutney of your choice.

Mix atta, salt, oil and required amount of water to make a soft dough to make a soft dough.
Let it rest for sometime
Cut the veggies into small pieces
Heat a pan and add some oil, mustard, jeera, urad dal, chana da and roast for sometime Now add the other ingredients one by one
Saute the mixture for 2 minutes
Add 2 cups of water, close the pan and leave for whistles
Make a slurry with besan and water and add it to a pan Mix and cook the masala until it thickens. Now add some salt and check the taste of the masala. Serve the masala with hot puris and enjoy
Moong Dal - 1 cup
Veggies - Onions, capsicum, tomatoes, sweet corn (boiled), cabbage, Spices - Red chili powder, turmeric, salt to taste
Wash the moong dal (2- times) with water
Soak the moong dal in a vessel for -4 minutes
Grind the dal and transfer it to a pan
Add all the chopped veggies
Add spices as per taste
Mix the butter nicely (like dosa batter, not too watery)
Take a pan with a lid
Pour the batter to the pan and close the lid. Heat till golden brown
After 5 minutes add some ghee and turn it over (so both sides are heated)
After 2 minutes turn off the gas and place it in a plate Make slices with the help of a pizza cutter and cut 6 - 8 pieces
Sprinkle some coriander for topping and the healthy veggie moong pizza is ready
Some cheese can also be added for kids

Mash 2 bananas in a big bowl
Put in milk, sugar, and vanilla Mix it up!
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt
Slowly put dry mix into banana mix Stir a little
Make the pan hot. Put a little butter.
Scoop 1⁄4 cup of mix for each pancake and spread a pan cake (like dosa) on the hot pan

• Fresh cream - 200 ml
• White butter - 2 tablespoons
• Dark chocolate - 200g
• Powdered sugar - 3 tablespoons
For the base:
1. Add the Oreo cookies to a blender and crush them into a powder.
2. Transfer the crushed cookies to a bowl and mix in 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Ensure thorough mixing.
3. Press the biscuit mixture evenly onto the base of a springform pan or a glass utensil of your choice Refrigerate while preparing the cheesecake filling.
For the cheesecake:
1. Melt the white butter and dark chocolate using a Bain Marie. Let the mixture cool to room temperature once completely melted.
2. Using a stand mixer, whip the fresh cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese until it becomes soft and smooth.
4 Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the softened cream cheese.
5. Gradually add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the cream and cheese mixture, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
6. Retrieve the prepared base from the refrigerator and pour the cheesecake mixture into it, tapping lightly to remove any trapped air bubbles.
7. Cover the pan or glass utensil and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours until it is set Once set, if using a springform pan, remove the outer ring. Drizzle some melted chocolate over the top before serving.

Heat the pan , then add oil in the pan. Oh be careful in this part , it might splash a bit . So you have to put the chicken into the pan that has oil .

Then when it’s fully white, break a piece of chicken and check whether it’s fully cooked.
Then add a little fish sauce and then add a little soya sauce, stir it very nicely so it gets coated.
Once it’s fully coated , you can put them in the bowl and eat it . Even my mom likes it and my dad likes it too . I posted on YouTube and my friend tried it and she also liked it. Last but not the least even I loved it .

3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 lemon juice
3 to 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
Wash well and cut fresh strawberries. You can cut one strawberry into 4 pieces each.
Place the strawberries into a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, until the strawberries release a lot of liquid and soften.
Mash the strawberries with a spoon or potato masher. Leave some pieces of berries as they taste nice in the jam.Add chia seeds and stir it well. Once the jam thickens, switch off the gas and add 1/2 lemon juice and maple syrup to get your desired sweetness. 6.Take one ball and put it in a murukku maker. Press down to make noodle like nooputt and collect it on a plate in small circular motions to make it look like a heap Set aside
