「我這樣做是對的嗎？我選擇的這條路真的沒錯嗎？」
這些疑問，也許你我都曾在夜深人靜時反覆思考過。它們沒有標準答案，卻真實存在於的心中— 特別是在這個快速變動、節奏緊湊的社會裡。城市發展雖然帶來便利與效率，卻也逐漸壓縮了我 們與自己對話的空間，開始忘記什麼叫「慢下來」，什麼是「感受當下」。
"Am I doing the right thing? Is the path I've chosen truly the right one?"
Perhaps you and I have both pondered these questions in the quiet of the night. They have no definitive answers, yet they linger deeply in our hearts—especially in a society that moves at such a rapid, relentless pace. While urban development brings convenience and efficiency, it also gradually compresses the space we have to connect with ourselves. We begin to forget what it means to slow down, to truly feel the present moment.
