All electrical fittings and fixtures to be made water proof all control gear to have minimum IP64 rating or should be housed within an IP64 rated shell. Vendor to ensure that provisions for electrifiction is left at the sign location at site.

Signs to be bolted to base slab with HILTI foundation bolts. All hardware used should be in SS 316 Grade.

Providing and Fixing Site Direction Signs as per designs submitted and at locations specified.

The vendor shall submit the fabrication / shop drawings for approval from the signage consultant prior to commencement of fabrication and installation.

SS sheet to be powder coated CLASS A finish to approved color via electrostatic spray coating with a minimum 60 microns.

All SS etching to be done electrochemically with the infill in PU paint.

Text, information and icons wherever specified will be flat bed printed with UV stabilized ink onto the painted metal surface.

All hardware used should be in SS 316 Grade.

Sign face to be all at the same level irrespective of the rear wall condition. Sign to be SS pin mounted on the rear masonry wall.

The Signages should be covered with protective wrappers before installation, in order to protect from any physical damage.
