VERICO’s 15 year anniversary gives us an opportunity to reflect on the success of the organization and the 225 offices throughout the country that help shape VERICO into the organization it has become. The VERICO Vision is “to continue to build a network of professional broker owners by supporting their entrepreneurial nature to assist them in growing their independent brand”. The VERICO network prides itself on its core pillars of Integrity, Excellence, Professionalism and Ethical Standards and is summarized into three words – Truth, Trust and Transparency. These were the core values of the organization when it was established by its founders, Colin Dreyer and John Kelly and they remain the values that we aspire to on a daily basis. VERICO enables broker owners to be in business for themselves, but not by themselves – your business, your brand, your way! Over the years, VERICO has grown to become a predominate mortgage broker network, and even more importantly earned the reputation as Canada’s most respected mortgage network. Becoming a licensee or agent with a VERICO firm is not a stepping stone to another network, VERICO is the destination.
