Greg has relied on his faith and ethics to always do the right thing. And, from day one, whenever he has been tasked with a responsibility, he has worked tirelessly to exceed it.

Greg has lived the philosophy that it takes 20 years to build a reputation, but only 20 minutes to ruin it. His customers and coworkers trust that will never change.

STEPHEN WHYTE - 20 YEARS EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Stephen Whyte joined White Rock Quarries in May 2002. In his first job as a plant Laborer, Stephen showed great promise and a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Later, Stephen was certified as a Haul Truck Operator, and was quickly promoted to that position.

Over his 20 years at White Rock, Stephen’s professionalism and quality of work has continuously shown through. It is great to see the pride and overall satisfaction Stephen brings to the job, and the way in which he performs that job each and every day.

BILLY RAMJATTANSINGH - 20 YEARS IT SUPPORT MANAGER VECELLIO MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Billy began at Vecellio Management Services in April 2002 as a member of the Technical Systems Support team.

His dedication and dependability helped him to grow, receiving promotions to Technical Architect on the Network Team as well as IT Support Manager.

Billy is a skilled planner and coordinator which is critical for Information Technology leaders. Add in his ability to effectively problem solve for internal customers, and it is easy to understand his continued rise in the organization.

As a key contributor in the build out of the new Palm Beach and N. Congress Avenue offices, Billy’s efforts ensured company systems were implemented with precision and timeliness to minimize any negative impact to employee productivity.

CHRISTOPHER VECELLIO - 20 YEARS SR. VICE PRESIDENT & COO VECELLIO GROUP, INC.

Christopher Vecellio officially joined the familyowned business in 2002. He has played a key role in the expansion of the Group’s range of businesses, but especially in the ground-up development of the petroleum products & services business, Vecenergy.

Christopher is an integral part of the overall business, its growth, and its future. He has effectively managed key corporate functions and led critical business acquisitions including Hal Jones Contractor in 2019 and Murray Logan Construction in 2021. Christopher leads the company’s investments activities and continues to craft the future of the Vecellio Group.

Vincent

Vega began his career at South Florida Petroleum Services (SFPS) in September 2002 working on the docks. His leadership and problem-solving skills were evident throughout his early years which led to a promotion to Person-In-Charge.

Vince always looked out for his team’s safety and promoted honesty and fairness on the job. This created an atmoshphere of loyalty among team members that still exists today. It was this collaborative and adaptive team building that led to his next promotion as Lead Man.

Vince values the friendships built over his 20 years with SFPS, and his team knows they can count on him on and off the job.

Michael Vecellio officially joined the family-owned business in 2002 after completing his graduate studies at Virginia Tech. He has been a strategic leader for the Group’s heavy/highway construction business and, in 2013, was named President of Vecellio & Grogan, Construction Division. Since that time, Michael has been a leader for heavy/highway operations for Vecellio & Grogan, Inc.

Michael has also been very active in industry associations throughout his career including the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and the Young Presidents Organization. He has held multiple positions of leadership in one of the most influential organizations in the U.S., the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA). Most notably to date, is Michael’s role as Southern Region Vice Chair.

Robert Vizcaino began working at White Rock Quarries as a plant Laborer on May 22, 2002. He consistently worked hard and, after six-months, was rewarded with a welldeserved promotion to Truck Driver, driving Caterpillar 785D heavy haulers.

Robert’s skills have been recognized and appreciated throughout his career at White Rock. He makes it a priority to always work safely and display a high level of professionalism on the job.

Robert takes great pride in the work he performs. He gains satisfaction from the work, the respect he has earned, and the appreciation received from helping to interpret for his Spanish-speaking coworkers.
