2022 Service Award
PONCH FRANK - 20 YEARS VICE PRESIDENT RANGER CONSTRUCTION
Ponch Frank started his career with Ranger in January of 2002 as a Project Engineer. His ability to analyze and solve problems effectively, and manage time and priorities wisely, led him to being promoted to Project Manager after a short time.
Ponch was the Project Manager for the I-4/Graves Ave. bridge replacement for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). This was the first time a bridge had been built offsite and moved into place overnight in Florida. He also managed key installations, upgrades, and modifications that helped increase product availability throughout the region.
Later, Ponch was promoted to Vice President of Ranger, in charge of asphalt plants. In this role, he helps ensure every job has the products needed to perform work in a timely manner for the customer. It also includes the sales and support of products to companies outside of Ranger, an important revenue stream for the business.

Ponch is a hard-working, dependable team player, and is a key contributor to the overall success of Ranger Construction.

Charles “Chuck” Henderson started his career as a general construction Laborer with Murray Logan Construction in November 2001. His hard work and high ethical standards led him to being promoted to Lift Station Foreman, then to Pipe Foreman over his first 20 years.
Chuck is a dedicated team player who enjoys working for family-owned businesses who care about their employees. That’s why he always goes above and beyond to ensure he puts the customer first, and provides the highest quality results on all projects.
THOMAS HOFFMAN, JR - 20 YEARS EQUIPMENT OPERATOR MURRAY LOGAN CONSTRUCTION
Thomas Hoffman, Jr. started his career with Murray Logan Construction on Sept. 4, 2001, as a general Laborer. Thomas’ willingness to help others on the job led him to gain a broad understanding of the overall business and steered him toward his promotions to Driver, then Equipment Operator.


Thomas enjoyed driving flatbeds and moving equipment and materials out to the job sites. He also was integral in helping the Rock Pit operate smoothly by always moving and loading-out product in a timely manner.
NORMAN OCON - 20 YEARS LOADER OPERATOR WHITE ROCK QUARRIES
Norman Ocon started his career at White Rock Quarries in June of 2022 as a Loader Operator at the rail site. He has always been dedicated to performing his duties with the highest quality, safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
Norman has always arrived to the job on time and ready to start each workday with a positive attitude. And his dedication to the customer has him always looking for ways to identify potential problems to prevent any risk in delaying product shipments.
Over the past 20 years, Norman has operated a Cat 988G Front-End Loader. Loading the railcars and assisting crews to ensure all cars are clean is critical to preventing contamination before aggregate is loaded to be shipped to customers.
GREG REILLY - 20 YEARS PROGRAM MANAGER RANGER CONSTRUCTION
Greg Reilly started his career with Ranger Construction in November 2002 as a Project Manager.
Skilled at working with people to get through challenging situations,
