On August 24th and 25th, 2023, the Ambassadors and students willing to join STUCO, Citizenship Committee, and PREFECTS gathered together at school. All these amazing students gathered for the “Leadership Training”. For 2 days, students had a chance to improve the skills needed for being a part of the leadership groups. They had a chance to improve their teamwork by having one person to look at a Lego combination and having other teammates to make the identical combination of blocks. Students got to debate and learn others’ opinions about what true leadership is. Students came up with many different ideas, which led other students to learn. They had an opportunity to present school rules to the whole school. After a day of training, students got to sleep in a house and built skills of teamwork by making breakfast together. Then the training came to an end, producing future leaders of Valor.
