General objective:

Objective:
To propose the design of a multifamily high-rise housing project, in order to cover the housing deficit in the sector. Through private spaces in optimal conditions, residents will be able to obtain a good quality of life, as well as a functional and dynamic public space that takes advantage of the environmental structure
Description:
The project is located northwest of the city of Ibagué, in the Vida de Ca- lambeo neighborhood It is accessed through Road 8th along Avenue 19th and has educational, cultural, recreational and health facilities nearby
By means of different housing typologies, it is intended to satisfy the needs of the users
The orientation of sunrise and sunrise (east - west) was analyzed, along with the winter and summer solstices, where the sun’s inclination varies, to take into account the orien- tation of the building and its openings. It is concluded that the winds go in a north-south direction. We propose a location that allows spaces with natu- ral cross ventilation.
Hydrography and vegetation cover Nearby is the Cucal stream that flows from the Chipalo River It influences the design as it seeks to create an urban-environmental connection that impacts the local community The coverage both near and inside the lot is arboreal, with trees between 5 and 17 meters high, with trees such as Ocobo, Caracolí, Chicala, among others.
The visual aspect is a great strength of the lot, the main view and the one on which the project focuses is the panoramic view of the hills north of Ibagué, which includes a wide variety of vegetation. These are variables that will give us the orientation of the facades of our project, so that residents can feel closer to this natural context.
