ATHLETICS

Why do you want to play college tennis?

I would love to play college tennis to be part of a team with the same mindset. I think I can really improve and develop myself in an environment like that, both on and off the court.

What are your college tennis goals?

My main goal is to help my college and team win as many matches as possible. To do that I want to keep improving and play as much tennis as I can.

What skills have you gained from playing sports?

Playing tennis has taught me to always keep going, because you never know when everything can suddenly turn to your advantage. That turning point can come soon and fast, but it can also take a while. The only way to find out, is to keep going and stay motivated. This has also improved my patience off the court, and it has helped me in different situations.

Are you involved in any sports volunteer work?

I help at tournaments/activities at my club and sometimes help coach youth players

How often do you practice?

I normally practice 4 times a week

What are your plans for the coming season?

My plans are to improve my game, my mental strength on the courts, and my tactical and technical skills. I also want to have a lot of fun playing tennis, because that is still very important.
