– Fake arm recovery
– 1-1-2
– Medial rotation of the arm
– 1-2-1-2
– Cup w/water on forehead
– 2 kick/1 pull
– “I”, “T”– 9, 7, 5 kick side to side
– Breast toward feet – Russian Breast – Breast pull w/ 1 fly kick, w & w/o fins – Fist/Scunnel – B.B.D.P.S.
