Message from Superintendent, Dr. Randal E. Bagby Lansing Schools represent excellence as reflected in our communities and most certainly in our students. Everyday in Lansing Schools excellence can be found among our students in the form of learning to read while working with an exceptional staff to designing a space experiment through a newly established STEM project at our Middle School. Excellence resides in the very fabric of our entire community, and the shared vision of this excellence is credited to our students, parents, faculty and staff, community members, and our business partnerships. Our shared mission and vision of excellence among our community schools has created many positive changes as well as tremendous growth in the past twelve years. Thank you for allowing me to be a team member in these endeavors and in our quest for providing the best education possible for our students. Together we have built an Elementary School and District Auditorium opening in 2008; we opened a new state of the art High School in 2015, and we are looking forward to the opening of the newly renovated Lansing Middle School in June 2016.

Lansing High School News Technology has grown exponentially within Lansing Schools these past twelve years. Our focus has been to prepare our students for their lives in the 21st Century Lansing through 1:1 technology initiatives across the district, and most importantly, Elementary K-2 News preparing our students to learn in an ever changing world. Thank you for making Lansing Schools great and for partnering with us as we continue to

As I prepare to move on to new adventures in retirement, I thank you all for your time, commitment and passion toward the betterment of our students. Thank you again for allowing me to be part of the best learning community in Kansas that has remained committed and dedicated to excellence. I will always consider myself one of the PRIDE.
