I am proud to welcome you to the 138th Annual Session/46th Triennial Session of the United Supreme Council. This year, we gather in the historic city of Memphis, Tennessee, a city rich in heritage and culture. Memphis, often heralded as the birthplace of the blues and the civil rights movement, has long been a beacon of hope, resilience, and progress. From the poignant legacy of the National Civil Rights Museum to the enduring sounds of Beale Street, Memphis holds a special place in our hearts as a testament to the struggles and triumphs of our ancestors.
As we convene under the guiding motto of our organization, “Rebuilding the Rite, Stone by Stone,” we are reminded of our collective mission to uphold and strengthen our traditions, values, and community bonds. Each of you play a crucial role in this endeavor, and we are deeply appreciative of your dedication and support.
This year, we are excited to continue expanded programming for the Order of the Golden Circle, designed to enrich and empower our Loyal Ladies. Our educational breakout sessions will provide valuable insights and knowledge, while the tours and conversations with leadership will offer unique opportunities to engage one with the other.
I am also proud to continue our Scottish Rite Lecture Series with a special highlight on the rollout of my new Scottish Rite educational academy styled, The Apex Program. This initiative aims to elevate our members through advanced education and training regimen, by fostering a new generation of leadership and excellence within our ranks.
In addition to our educational offerings, I am thrilled to host and invite you to the Sovereign Grand Commander’s Masquerade Ball, an elegant evening of entertainment and camaraderie. This formal event will feature exquisite attire and masks, creating a memorable and festive atmosphere for all attendees.
As we embark on this journey together, I’d like to personally extend my heartfelt thanks for your unwavering support! We look forward to seeing you in Memphis, where we will continue to build upon our proud legacy and forge a brighter future, stone by stone!!!
We also look forward to kicking off our prostate health awareness initiative coined “PSA for PHA”. This initiative is directed at encouraging our membership, as well as others, to have annual prostate checkups and bloodwork drawn.

The advanced registration form is found on the back page of the Official Bulletin for your convenience. Please fill out and return the form with your check or money order to Headquarters, at United Supreme Council, 33°, AASR, PHA-SJ, USA, P.O. Box 16787, Memphis, TN 38186. The advance registration form must be completed, and payment received or postmarked by September 15, 2024. The Registration Fee will grant access to: one (1) Luncheon Ticket; one (1) Class Banquet; one (1) Masquerade Ball Ticket; one (1) Registration Bag; and one (1) Registration Badge. You may purchase a guest access pass for the Class Banquet for an additional fee of $75 and/or Masquerade Ball ticket for $50. REGISTRATION IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE

The cost of the Main Street Trolley Rail line is $1.00 each way. The Main Street Rail Line will operate 6:45am - 12:00am Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 12:00am Saturday; and, 10:00am - 6:00pm on Sunday.
MEETING PLACES
For your convenience, all meetings shall take place centrally at the Renasant Convention Center (RCC), 255 Main St., Memphis, TN or the Sheraton – Headquarters Hotel, 250 Main St., Memphis, TN. The Morning Worship Service and Divine Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2024, and will take place in RCC – East Hall. The Full Ceremonial Opening will take place on Monday, October 14, 2024, in the RCC – East Hall.
ANNUAL BANQUET
The Annual Banquet is held in honor of the newly elevated Class of 2024. The Banquet will be held on Monday, October 14, 2024, in RCC – Southwest Hall, promptly at 7:00pm. In addition to the presentation of the Class of 2024, awards may be presented during the banquet.
The dress for the banquet for SPs & GIGs is formal; After-Six, Black Tuxedos (NO TAILS) with black accessories The dress for the Sovereign Grand Inspectors General (SGIG) is Black Tails with White Bow Tie and with Collar Studs, White Low-Cut Vest, Black Dress Socks and Formal Shoes. Caps and Crowns are required! Please take due notice that those not properly dressed will not be permitted in the processional.
SOVEREIGN GRAND COMMANDER’S MASQUERADE BALL
The SGC’s Masquerade Ball will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 7:30pm. All SPs, GIGs, SGIGs and LLs are encouraged to attend. The cost of extra tickets is $60. For more information on the SGC’s Masquerade Ball, please see page 17.

ATTIRE
Dark blue or black suit, white shirt, black shoes, black tie, white gloves and cap or crown are required for the Divine Service. For the Ceremonial Opening, dark blue or black suit, white shirt, black shoes and socks, black tie, white gloves, robe, official jewel and crown are required. Failure to adhere to the dress code will result in being denied admission for KCCH Investiture and GIG Elevation.

Active Members are required to attend. All Grand Inspectors General (Honorary 33˚) who have not attended the last two sessions, are required to attend and/or pay Individual Registration (Advance) Fee of $200.00. All Deputies must be present by Friday, October 11, 2024 for the 9:00 a.m. workshop. Sovereign Grand Inspectors General are to be present Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., in the Sheraton –Heritage Ballroom.

Grand Inspectors General of all grades who were elevated in the year whose last numeral is 4, 5, 6, or 7 are reminded that this is the year of their Class Reunion and they are expected to attend the session. This is a special feature of our United Supreme Council meeting each year. We are calling and depending upon your cooperation and participation.
