Tanong: Dapat bang magkaroon ng sistema na tutugon sa paglipana ng fake news? Bakit o bakit hindi? Okay. So when it comes to fake news kasi, dapat talaga meron tayong mga sistema na tumutugon kung fake news ba talaga ang isang bagay o hindi. Kasi nga ang fake news kasi, it would have-- it has an effect na sa mga mamamayan natin, sa mga people na nakakabasa nito, whether it be online, whether it be sa mga other forms na pwede makita kung may fake news nga o hindi. Eh ito kasi, there are times kasi na people could-- there are possibilities na maniwala ang mga tao sa ganito, Pero, ito nga, may mga times kasi na dapat may criteria po tayo sa pagpili, ay, sa pagtugon nga po kung fake news nga ba ang isang bagay o hindi. Um, yun lamang po, maraming salamat po.

Tanong: Ano ang estado ng Non-Government Worker (NGW) sa UPLB at ano sa tingin mo ang magagawa mo tungkol dio? Um, alam naman po kasi natin na ang non-government workers o ang NGW ay constantly po sila naka-kontraktwal. Mga 10 years man sila, o 15 years man silang nagtatrabaho dito, kontraktwal pa rin nga po sila. Example yung mga nagbabantay po ng Baker hall, lecture halls, and yung mga janitors po natin. Yung po, kontraktwal po kasi, nung una ginawa talaga yan para ma-test kung ang manggagawa ay dapat nga fit nga sa trabaho niya, ngungit, ito ay ngayon, ay naa-abuso na dahil paulit-ulit lang silang nagre-renew ng contract ano kasi ano ang kontraktwal wala silang SSS, GSIS, yung mga benefits na mga tenured. Kaya nga po yung mga NGWs na yan, dapat nating suportahan sa kanilang paglalaban sa mga rights nila as workers dahil nga po importante. Bakit nga po ba paulit-ulit silang narerenew? Dahil importante ang trabaho nila at isa sila sa key factors kung bakit nga ba gumagana ang unibersidad natin. Kaya naman po, bilang ano, kung ihalal niyo po ako bilang USC Councilor, patuloy po nating susuportahan sila sa kanilang mga dialogues, sa kanilang pakikipag-usap na maayos na sana ang kanilang proseso ng pagiging tenure, na pagiging regularized na employee. Yun lamang po.

Tanong: Sang-ayon ka ba sa jeepney modernization plan, bakit o bakit hindi? I agree with the jeepney modernization plan because one, it is done for the environment. The Philippines recognizes that in order to be globally competitive we must junk jeepneys that no longer are functional and that are detrimental to the environment. Plights of jeepneys are always taken into consideration butwe must acknowledge that it is an imperative that in order for us to progress, the Philippines should reach a point at which we must take the brave action that is to improve the modernzation of the jeepneys. This is not to say that the jeepney drives will lose thier jobs. They will find jobs but we recognize that this is important for national development.
