STUDENT GRATITUDE
STUDENT GRATITUDE STATEMENTS
Elezabith Rorei I am grateful for my family, for my friends. I am grateful for my health. I’m thankful to have a roof over my head. I’m grateful for my job. I’m grateful for laughter (especially during this unprecedented time). I’m grateful for memes, for books because I can get lost in a story, I’m thankful for chocolate. I’m grateful to be able to help those in need. I’m thankful to have the opportunity to continue my education during this pandemic. I’m grateful for the staff at Project Achieve for being so kind and supportive. Thank you for all you do. You make students feel seen. College can be overwhelming, and one kind gesture can make all the difference.

Paw Eh My greatest gift is knowing that I am around people who care. Being a part of Project Achieve makes me know that I will always have someone to reach out to me, which is what I am most grateful for. Cristina Salazar I am grateful to be alive, to be prospering and to have people who genuinely care about my well-being. I am grateful that I had the opportunity that many didn’t, having a chance to go to college. To be that example to other members in my family makes my heart so happy. Ayush Chataut I am grateful for having a loving and supportive family. I am grateful for all the support I get from home and school. I am grateful for having amazing teachers and professors, as they have bestowed their gifts onto me. I am grateful for all the opportunities I have received thus far, in my educational and work career, as they have strengthened my skills and made me a better person. I am grateful for being given a chance to dream.
Anjana Tamang I am grateful for my family, and the support from college because this year I have been through a lot, but they have supported me in every movement. Without my family and teachers’ support, I don’t think I could do it; they understand my problems and help me to work with them. I am really grateful for their love
and support. Wendy Forlemu One thing that I am thankful for is technology. During this nation wide pandemic and the quarantine rules set in place, socializing has become a challenge, especially for a college student like myself who still lives in my dorm, practically alone. Technology has made it easier for me to communicate with family, keep in touch with friends, keep entertained, do schoolwork. If not for technology, I probably would have lost it by now.
