Editorial It was written‌ By Miguel A. Morra This was written over 250 years ago. "In order to establish the income of the State, the needs of the State and citizens must be taken into account. It is necessary not to require the people to sacrifice their real needs for imaginary needs of the State. It is imaginary needs that create the passions and weaknesses of those who govern , because of the desire to show off, because of the charm that any extraordinary project has for them , because of their unhealthy desire for pride, because of a certain impotence of will against fantasy. It is often seen that restless spirits, ruling, have believed needs of the State which were needs of their little souls. ".

Montesquieu, Charles-Louis de Secondat, baron of (1689-1755), French writer and jurist born at the Château de La Brède. This was written more than 50 years ago. “ When you have made evil the means of survival, do not expect men to remain good. Do not expect them to remain moral and lose their lives in order to become the fodder of the immoral. Don't expect them to produce, when production is punished and looting is rewarded. Don't ask, who is destroying the world? ' You are. " Ayn rand The parasite lives at the expense of the host. The parasite needs another living being to survive. It competes for the consumption of food substances or feeds on the host's blood , causing disorders of different kinds, which

decrease the quality of life and even threaten its existence. In nature it is easy to see and the only remedy is to find and eliminate the parasite. But there are also non-biological parasites in groups of human beings, but it is a bit more complicated to understand. It is the Parasite Concept and its specialists in applying it are essentially 90% of our politicians from the last 80 years. A hug, good reading and until next time "I love Freedom"

Present The placebo of good intentions By Alberto Medina MĂŠndez Too many citizens insist with failed recipes This nation is difficult to understand and even more difficult to explain. Perhaps it is worth delving a little into the diagnosis, since simplistic arguments are not enough to fully understand what is happening. An old saying makes it explicit. The best version maintains that "the road to hell is paved with good intentions", remembering that worthwhile purposes are not enough and that without concrete works that endorse it, nothing virtuous can happen The undeniable thing is that many dream of acts of magic. They deliver highsounding allegations full of invocations to justice and humanism, while raising the imperative need to execute all kinds of public policies that go in that direction. Yet

they support mechanisms that have consistently failed here and around the planet. It is difficult to understand how so many ineffective formulas can be repeated without taking note of the irrefutable evidence about how these same decisions have stumbled thousands of times in both their own history and that of others. The traditional justification to which it is appealed consists of lashing out at the protagonists of the past without recognizing that the underlying problem is the general vision of these theories and not precisely a circumstantial error of their interlocutors. They seldom end up in the disastrous derivations that these provisions have brought with them and they do not make a deep selfcriticism about the catastrophes that occurred as a result of those useless schemes. Of course, society wants to progress and it is obvious that it wants to go through it with harmony, but it is essential to understand that certain regulations, despite their proclaimed goals, do not obtain positive 8

results, also triggering unthinkable collateral damage. It is very easy to see what have been the factors that have allowed dozens of countries to go down the victorious path. You don't have to be a scientist or an expert to identify the list of transformations that finally made it possible to find the true path of sustainable development. Some fools use the old defensive resource looking for defects in each strategy applied by those nations while others, much more reckless, leverage their opinions by resorting to ethnic, historical or cultural arguments. In no case do they question their claims. They prefer to close their eyes, criticizing secondary edges rather than admit that their slanted glances have no basis to corroborate their presumptions. The measures can always be incomplete and it is even probable that some negative consequences will appear in this evolution. It is that perfection is not part of the human essence and to claim excellence in

these matters is not to measure how the world works. The paradox is that those who sponsor these delusional policies cannot display success stories for reference. No nation has defeated poverty by multiplying social programs to cite a classic example. Communities that have grown vigorously have done so by promoting work, fostering wealth generation, building a business-friendly climate, attracting foreign capital, and allowing a generous display of innovation, creativity, and private initiative. Here, the opposite is done. Entrepreneurship is fought, ridiculous obstacles are invented, small entrepreneurs are persecuted and fiscal voracity finds no ceiling, while governments issue without impudence. Not content with deploying this arsenal, those who implement atrocities have the arrogance to accuse others of not doing what they should. Obviously not only have they not understood anything, but they also have a cynicism that is proof of everything. 10

It is time to put aside the excuses. It is not a sin to hold wrong ideas, but it is stubborn to continue insisting with empty speeches. The incessant search for the truth is the only key. No one is born knowing, but it is an individual choice and, therefore, also a collective one, to embrace the wrong slogans without questioning them at any time. The species has evolved not because it is exempt from making mistakes, but because of its enormous capacity to learn from its stumbles, correct directions and try new variants. The intellectual honesty of assuming faults is vital to progress in any order. Stubbornness is not a good adviser for those who seek to find the best version of themselves. Recurring price controls, unpayable taxes, eternal social plans , regulations that fascinate bureaucrats, an elephantine state that never backs down, and mediocre politicians who only know how to borrow, issue artificial money, and squander

everyone's money will never create the ideal game rules that invite investment and savings. If no one invests, there will be no work or production, neither will wealth flourish, nor will growth come, and then development will continue to be the great pending issue. With these policies one can only expect more poverty and an agonizing economic, moral and social destruction that will expel the best from the country and condemn society to indefinitely travel through its own swamp. As long as the prevailing ideas are not reviewed and a part of society is satisfied with this placebo of sticking to its principles by reciting that set of good intentions, the road to take off will not be able to appear and frustrations will be reiterated. Stories Luminous footprints By Constanza Marie Curie Did you know why Marie Curie went to study in Paris? Because her family, cultured but poor, valued studying and her parents wanted their daughters to study too . In her country, a subject of Russia, women could not enter university. In her days as a poor student in Paris, she fed herself on bread and butter and occasionally chocolate, and she turned out to be an excellent student . Maria Salomea Skłodowska-Curie, known as Marie Curie, was born in 1867 in Warsaw and died in Sancellemoz, France, in 1934. Doctors were amazed at how she sustained herself for so long in such deteriorated health from her own scientific searches.

She became famous for her work on radioactivity and was a two-time Nobel Prize winner. The first in 1903, she, Pierre Curie and Henri Becquerel, for their work on radiation, and the second in 1911, in which Marie was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, for “her services for the development of chemistry with the discovery of the elements radium and polonium " She was married to Pierre Curie, an outstanding scientist and professor at the Higher School of Industrial Physics and Chemistry (ESPCI) in Paris, who was sadly killed by a car, crossing a street in 1906. Marie had married Pierre in a civil ceremony, in Sceaux, near Paris, and they formed an exceptional couple, who had no economic ambitions and who shared a love for science and a taste for cycling. His investigations with Pierre took place in a "miserable shed", with no ventilation and no heating.

14

She would remember it as the best and happiest years of her life with him. She was honored when famous scientists passing through Paris came to greet them there. Later, her doctoral research was carried out in a cold and humid room that the School gave her for that purpose and after the death of her husband she went on to occupy her chair at the Sorbonne, becoming the first professor in France. A fact that draws attention is the dedication to Irene, his first daughter. According to Marie, she did not want the same thing to happen to her, orphaned by a mother at age 10 and without caresses, because her mother did not hug her children so as not to infect them with tuberculosis. Marie was one of the most important characters in contemporary history , and of great impact in the scientific world, and in the role of women in that world, in which she made her way through passion. Until the next light footprints! Until the next footprints!

A tree that feeds By Ricardo Lázaro Nogara The Pehuen, a tree that feeds . Many must know, or at least heard of, the Paraná Pine, a large tree from the Misionera jungle and therefore also from Brazil. But the majestic plant of which I am going to tell you is the southern relative of the Araucaria angustifolia, that is, they are from the Araucariaceae Family, with not many genera in the world and distributed in few countries such as Australia and New Zealand, in generally in hot and very humid climates, except our Pehuén in Northern Patagonia, which supports harsh winters in areas of abundant rain and snow. When the Neuquén Territory was declared a Province in 1955, he had to design his Shield, and that is how it was captured, the drawing of a majestic and upright Pehuén, with two hands that hold it. And this is not accidental, since the Araucaria araucana is more than a symbol for the Neuquinos, and mainly for their ancestral inhabitants. 16

Female plants produce huge conesshaped cones of about 20 centimeters in diameter that house the seeds, better known as pine nuts, of about 3 to 8 centimeters and protected by a strong reddish integument. In the month of March, these fruits are already ripe and begin to literally burst, covering the ground, so that many of the forest animals gather under these true giant umbrellas looking to feed. Those who are the ones to win in this food competition are the CachaĂąas, the southernmost parrots on the continent, they specialize in perching on the cones, and when pecking them to remove the seeds, they cause the explosion and rain of pine nuts that they will take advantage of a variety of rodents and also large mammals such as the European Wild Boar, (introduced many years ago like the Red Deer). Thrushes are experts at splitting the tough bark to eat the tasty interior and by transporting the seeds they help to spread them when they lose some in flight. The Tuco Tuco also when burying this valuable food they are sowing for the future. And Humans are not far behind, in the quest to look for such precious food that it

literally falls from the trees. And therefore, the Pewen, as it is written by the Mapuches, became a sacred symbol for them. It is used as direct food after boiling it for more than an hour, or roasting it on the hot plates of the inexpensive wood-fired kitchen on long winter nights. Today the people of the Communities usually prepare it pickled or grind it and make alfajores with that flour. They also commercialize what is not consumed, although it is quite little, since domestic animals are also fed with this almost miraculous ancient seed. A few years ago, the so-called “Marcachifles or street vendors, exchanged bags of pine nuts for some merchandise and resold the precious pine nuts in the towns of the Province, earning good pesos. Today, the inhabitants have become aware of the added value that gives them the power to make it and then sell it to Tourism. The dried branches of the Araucarias are the best as firewood, since they can burn for a long time and give such strong calories that if they are not mixed with logs from other trees, they can melt an iron stove (salamander). 18

Its distribution ecosystem covers some 400,000 ha. Between Chile and Argentina but its pure forests or consociated with other trees of the mountain range, only occupy about 40,000 ha. They are found in the Province of Neuquén inside and outside the Lanín National Park. The Mapuche populations that live with this sacred tree are very close to the town of Aluminé, towards the mountain range, such as Rucachoroi, Ñorquinco or Villa Pehuenia. And the customs passes to Chile such as Pino Hachado, Icalma or Mamuil Malal, offer a unique spectacle for the visitor, as they cross its pure forests of Pehuenes with its gigantic columns towards the sky and its parasol canopies. The Araucaria is a top priority for conservation at the Regional, National and International levels. I remember the anecdote of a Park Ranger who was required by the Aeronautical Police because at the Ezeiza Airport a shipment of pine nuts bound for Germany was seized, and in the shipment they found the Transportation Guide that this Conservation Agent had signed. Since these

documents are only valid for the carrier to remove them from the Protected Area. Today, the serious dangers that can affect this valuable cultural and economic resource are mainly fire, either caused by unscrupulous people or by natural fires caused by electrical storms. The misuse of the soil for livestock is also a serious problem, in the summer the settlers release their farm that grazes in the Araucarias forests and when the pine nuts are already on the ground, they are one of the favorite foods of cows and horses. . But for about 20 years, the LanĂn National Park has been promoting, together with other Institutions, restoration proposals with participatory and awareness-raising programs. The PehuĂŠn Project transcends political limits, and that is the best thing that can happen to nature, in order to avoid the wellknown political opportunisms, which only literally bear the fruits so that in the future these are scarce. 20

The scientific study of natural processes, which if they bear certain fruits, are the best tool for Communities to develop without electoral perks, and in this way it helps to improve and take care of such a valuable and at the same time so fragile resource. Those who can visit these forests and taste its fruit will feel much closer to our appreciated Territory.

Concepts Choice By Liberta.

Many of us who today feel liberal, in our past we were on the other side to a greater or lesser extent, being functional to a belief system without realizing it, due to engineering and control mechanisms , which were acting on us. For this reason, it is that the character drawn in his thought is being spoken to by someone who does not appear but is implicit in the drawing, who is still in that place and could possibly have reinforced it, telling him to understand it. Then she adds that thanks to liberal ideas she was able to feel stronger and more confident. The one who only thinks about it and does not express it out loud was with the intention of communicating that there is no point in entering into dialogue with the one who is imprisoned by collectivism and that the best thing in many cases is to simply affirm oneself and follow one's own authentic way. It is also relevant that a woman has drawn, since we were clearly used by the "feminism" of the last time to victimize us and 24

create our individual identity based on a collective slogan and thus have control of our vital and psychic forces. To me well stop a woman ceases to victimize and win spaces because it is sure itself itself, he is brave and does not seek out valuation. Even less does she seek privileges, since she is proud and knows that with her own merit and freedom, she can achieve what she sets out to do, be it to be a mother and take full charge of raising her children, or to be a successful businesswoman. Every woman chooses. Everyone chooses. Choosing to be a slave or to be free is very personal. The author is an Artist.

And on the third day he rose again By Raimundo Collado I like Miguel Lorente's theory in his book “42 days. Forensic analysis of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ " Lorente is an expert in DNA analysis, and defends the thesis that Jesus did not die on the cross, but suffered a superficial coma, or apparent death, for which he was presumed dead by Roman soldiers. When Joseph of Arimatea took him down from the cross, the crucified man recovered his respiratory mechanism, collapsed due to his posture, at the same time that the blood was redistributed in his body. Later, the substances used to cleanse him helped him revive, thanks to their therapeutic effects. Lorente sketched his work, collected in the work '42 days. Forensic analysis of the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ '(Aguilar). "From the FBI, with whom I have worked, they gave me a lot of bibliography and evidence to start with. The first thing was to 26

evaluate the authenticity of the Shroud and I found elements that indicate that it is not false and that there was survival on it. What I have tried is to insert scientific knowledge in a historical setting, "explains Lorente. As a researcher, he understands that in the time of Jesus the medical problem that he poses today was understood as a miracle, but not now. "I have been brought up as a Catholic, but you have to look for explanations of the supernatural, although I am aware that there will be those who take it as an aggression. I want to make it clear that it is not and that I have done it with the utmost respect. Another element for reflection, "he assures. The 42 days to which the title refers refer to the time that passed from the day of Jesus' crucifixion to that of his total disappearance from public life, either because he died permanently or because he retired forever to a place set apart, while Christianity took its first stammering steps in the wake of his miraculous resurrection. "It was this fact that brought together the apostles and followers, who had scattered when he was arrested," he recalls in the historical analysis.

Lorente recounts all the wounds that Jesus suffered from that moment. To begin with, in the garden of Gethsemane he suffered a hematidrosis (blood sweat) caused by his state of anxiety about what awaited him. Later, they gave him 40 lashes with a scourge finished in several strips of leather with balls, which caused 120 wounds. To this is added the crown of thorns and the crucifixion itself, which, according to the coroner, must have caused a shock, aggravated by the loss of blood and other fluids and the consequent dehydration. Since he had been immobile for hours , it is not strange that the guard believed him dead, so he did not break his legs, as they used to do with a mace to hasten the end. In return, he stabbed the spear into his chest. All these wounds are reflected in the Holy Shroud in which, Lorente explains, he was wrapped while already in the tomb of the Garden of Joseph, of the family of JosĂŠ de Arimatea. In the tomb, the body was washed, leaving the wounds clean and without scabs. Only later would it be wrapped in the Shroud, according to the studies that have been carried out. Previously, it had been 28

impregnated with myrrh (anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, analgesic and healing) and with aloe (anti-infective, in addition to the above). The effect of these substances and the washing massage itself supposed a therapeutic action that would have contributed to the recovery of the state of the body. In fact, Lorente explains that the footprints on this canvas reflect that the person he wrapped did not have the typical rigidity of death, that his temperature was not that of a deceased person (otherwise, his image would not have been marked), and that the bloodstains that can be seen are more compatible with life than with death. It is with respect to your last paragraph of your answer, where Miguel Lorente mentions the mantle that covered the body of Jesus, referring to the mantle of Turin, I have a different idea about that mantle. The image of the cloak belongs to a man of robust build and more than one meter eighty-five in height. Jesus, like most of the inhabitants of the area, was short and, it

is assumed, was not much more than five feet tall. On the other hand, when the Turin mantle was subjected to the radiocarbon (carbon 14) dating method, the study gave a date around the year 1300. I have the theory that the image on the mantle belongs to Jacques de Molay, the last Templar master. Who was captured by orders of King Felipe IV ("the beautiful one") and Pope Clement V, as well as many Knights Templar who were imprisoned in various parts of Europe on Friday, October 13, 1307. Before being burned at the stake, on the ĂŽle de la CitĂŠ in Paris, he was subjected to all kinds of torture. Most of them were emulating those of Jesus on his way of the cross. They placed nails in his limbs, a crown of thorns and he was stabbed in the side trying not to let the wound kill him. The last night they covered him with a damp canvas to mitigate his suffering and apparently the suffering body exuded lactic acid that burned the canvas that covered him. 30

It is not my intention to act as a balloon puncher, but I owe that recognition to our last Master of the Temple.

Reflections Morning reflections: By Eduardo Marty Animals and Zero Sum It is curious to observe in many videos of animals that when they are well fed and in contexts of relative calm and security, they lose aggressiveness and give way to the development of indifference or a nascent curiosity. They replace the "I kill you to feed and survive" by "I am bored" or "how can I play or entertain myself with this". Dogs adopt kittens, lions curiously observe dogs that bark at them but do not kill them, gorillas respect humans, cows and pigs behave like pets. It is as if evolution has focused on developing weapons to ensure survival. On the one hand, he developed horns, claws, fangs and tremendous visual, olfactory and auditory abilities , even radars, poisons, in ks, ejecting spikes and electricity.

Only in a few species did he specialize in improving the central processing unit , its ability to process quickly and better the information captured. Only in one species did It manage to develop the conceptual method. And the incredible thing about this method is that it manages to synthesize information so that, in a reduced space, it can incorporate millions of units or specific entities and by forming these information subsuming entities (concepts) it can process them easily and at incredible speeds . The Sapiens to achieve this showed that the path was there and not on the side of war and violence. Today it reigns thanks to this mechanism although it does not always do it well. Putting this incredible mechanism in motion required him to put aside the automaticity of his instincts, which in turn requires him to focus and decide what will be the object under analysis and study, not the reality that appears before his eyes. eyes.

It is no longer the circumstance, or the immediacy of what he faces that forces him to take care of deciding, but his own will that directs the control. Being able to orient the Mousse Pad to the theme we choose allows us to explore our inner world in a conscious way and develops our imagination. Even art arises from there, showing us how ideal circumstances or a full life could be. Many compatriots still struggle between the conceptual world and the instinctive world , between the immediate and the deep. Between plucking an apple from a tree or learning how to garden. Learning to think and integrate concepts without contradiction is a complex art that our public education system not only does not teach but discourages. You must learn to discover it and exercise yourself. The outpost of this new species of Sapiens provides you with new, wondrous and magical tools every day.

Humor Continuous Improvement systems, if not well thought out, can have some drawbacks. Last week, I took some friends to dinner at a restaurant and noticed that the waiter who served us had a spoon in his shirt pocket. It seemed a bit strange to me but I took it as something casual. However, when the table keeper brought us the water and silverware, I noticed that he also had a spoon in his shirt pocket. Then I looked around the room and saw that all the waiters, managers, etc. they carried a spoon in their pockets. When the waiter returned to take the order, I asked him: Why the spoon? Good! she explained. The owners of the company recently hired the consulting firm Arthur Anderson, experts in efficiency, in order to review all our processes.

After many months of statistical analysis, they concluded that customers dropped the spoon 73% more frequently than other utensils. That represents a drop rate of 3 tablespoons per hour per table. By preparing our staff to meet this contingency, we could reduce the number of trips to the kitchen and save approximately 1.5 man-hours per shift. By the time we finished speaking, a metallic sound was heard from the back table. Quickly, the waiter replaced the dropped spoon with the one in his pocket, and said: 'I'll grab another spoon when I go to the kitchen instead of taking the extra trip to get it now.' I was impressed ... "Thank you," I said, "I had to ask." 'No problem' -he replied and continued taking our order. While asking my fellow diners, I continued watching me around.

40

It was then that I noticed, out of the corner of my eye, a thin rope dangling from the waiter's fly. Quickly, I glanced around the room to make sure all the waiters had the same black rope hanging from their flys. My curiosity was greater then, and before the waiter left, I asked him: 'Forgive me, but why ... uh ... or why the rope?' "Oh yes!" He replied and began to speak in a low tone "not many people are so observant - he said and continued - That efficiency consultant I told you about, found that we could also save time in the bathroom." 'How is that?' -asked. See, he said. By tying this fine thread to the end of our uh ... of that very thing, we can remove it on the urinal without touching, and thus eliminate the need to wash our hands, shortening the time spent in the bathroom by 93%. 'How good! -said. That makes sense.' But then, thinking about the process, I asked him again:

'Hey, wait a minute. If the rope helps you get it out, how do you put it back? 'Good! she whispered. "I don't know how the others will do it, but I use the spoon." ------------------------------------------------Synthesis Power: --------------------The teacher tells her students that the first to finish the writing can go home. 1) Today my daughter turns 18 ... and I am very happy because it is the last alimony payment that I give her, so I called my daughter to come to my house and when she arrived I said: - 'Little daughter, I want you to take this check to your mother's house and that you tell her that: This is the last damn check that she will receive from me in all that is left of her life !!! And I want you to tell me the expression on his face. ' So my daughter went to deliver the check. I was eager to know what the witch had to say and what she would look like. When my little daughter came in, I immediately asked her: - 'What did your mother tell you?' 2) 44

Doing it standing strengthens the spine, face down stimulates blood circulation, face up is more pleasant, doing it alone is rich, but selfish, in a group it can be fun, in the bathroom it is very digestive, in the car it can be dangerous. . Doing it frequently develops the imagination , between the two of you enriches the knowledge, on your knees it is painful ... Finally, on the table or on the desk, before eating or after table, on the bed or in the hammock, naked or dressed, on the grass or the carpet, with music or in silence, between sheets or in the closet: doing it is always an act of love. It does not matter the age, nor the race, nor the creed, nor the sex, nor the economic position ... What is that activity? -------------------------------------------------

Uni2 The party What is Uni2? Unidos is a political party that intends to recover the ideas that made our country a power and to position freedom again as the fundamental pillar for life in society, economic development and institutional quality. We believe that the key to reversing Argentina's decline is in respect for individual rights, equality before the law, private initiative and the right of each person to seek their own happiness. What sets Uni2 apart from other parties? Internal democracy: the end of the sheet list is one of the fundamental commitments in the creation of Unidos. Any affiliate of the party who so wishes may be a candidate, from an internal election where the Single Transferable Vote (VUT) system will channel the opinions of the members and define those selected for the list and the order in which they will be located. The intolerable

practice of “hand-picking candidates for elective office is avoided. Openness: solid internal democracy guarantees the possibility that any citizen who shares the principles enshrined by the party can join. The intention is to help the ideological space never be divided into elections. The guarantees for those who wish to enter and participate in the internal elections will be the same as for those who already take part. In this way, the party will consolidate itself as an institution of a lasting nature, a tool for union and a guarantee of representativeness. Antipersonalism : the internal division of powers from which the executive authorities of the party will not be able to run for elective positions guarantees that no personalism acquires a preponderant role, remaining as the central axis the ideas that the party promotes in its declaration of principles and its bases of political action. Innovation: attentive to technological advances and the context in which it arises, those of us who constitute Unidos are aware of the need to adopt technology in their daily 48

operations, and for this we are dedicated to the development of a mobile application. This app will be the vehicle for affiliates to actively participate and decide in internal elections to define pre-candidates. Who is it? We are, quite simply, ordinary people of all ages, who work and study like any other, who enter politics from personal detachment, thinking that Argentina is being changed by a change in Society. We want a change from the roots for Argentina, and we decided to bring the ideas of freedom to the political arena, to allow development and improve the quality of life. What do we want in politics? Our incorporation into the National Congress, the provincial legislatures and the deliberative councils in each municipality will give the space and the entire ideological sector an exponential boost. With a legislative presence, it will be possible to propose real turns in public policy, and give the ideas of freedom a visibility and impact unprecedented in recent years.
