Arioso is a 288-unit value-add apartment and townhome community located in a highly visible location at the intersection of Interstate 20 and State Highway 360 in Grand Prairie, Texas. IMH acquired Arioso on February 11, 2022.
IMH is accepting additional investors into Arioso. Each $500,000 investment will earn a 9% priority return, paid quarterly over the life of the investment, or a 2.2% share of the project’s profit at the time of sale, whichever is greater. The investor’s projected equity multiple is 2.1 with a 18% IRR.
The property’s strategic location at the center of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is equidistant from downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth. Residents of Arioso have a quick commute to many of the major employers nearby including Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, American Airlines headquarters, DR Horton, Lockheed Martin, General Motors, and Bell Helicopter-Textron.
