Expressing emotions THERE are many ways we can express emotions. We can choose words to express how we feel. For example: happy, sad, depressed and angry. We can also show our feelings in a non-verbal way by using our bodies. (for example: frowning, crossing our arms and smiling.) Let’s get creative. Think about your answers to the following questions.
