Serving the community NiE Activity 1
What we have in common HOW do you define a community? Do you live in one or are you alienated? Communities are groups of people who live in the same place and share similar beliefs. Your community is in a certain neighbourhood, city or town, state, country, and even planet! There are various versions of communities. For example, your classroom could be one community, so could your school, neighbourhood, city, online community or global community. Gather in groups of four for this activity. Each team member will be assigned to one of the communities below:
