WHAT makes you ready for the working world? Is it the number of As that you get, a shiny certificate from a good university, or the awards and competitions you win? These are all important, but there are many other aspects that we need to develop in order to be career ready. Employers are looking for all-rounders who not only excel academically, but also possess a strong set of soft skills such as critical thinking, communication and the ability to work in teams.

Then, create a short biography for the person. Write down what you admire about him, and what you will do to hone the skill he demonstrates. After you are done, put up your work on the classroom noticeboard and do a gallery walk.
