WHAT makes the community you live in special? Just as every person has his own identity, so does a community. Let’s create some descriptive words and phrases about the community you live in. Before we do that, see if you can set up groups (no larger than four members each) of classmates who are from the same community.
Once you have found groups of friends who are from the same community, answer these questions. Use as many pictures, words or phrases from The Star as possible. Cut them out and paste them in the appropriate space. Use a sheet of A3 paper if you need more space.
