Eachweekabakesalewasheldalternatingbetween IGA and Gourmet with lots of treats donated by our parents, supporters and students We took this time to remind the community that Ashley's Learning Center is open and still providing a valuable service to students. We had an unexpected turnout each week and were pleased with the connections made We even got to meet some of our Instagram followersinperson.Itencouragedustolookatother avenues to keep this momentum going and foster theserelationships

IEPMEETINGS
Our IEP meetings were held from the 26th to the 29th of June, and saying we are beaming with pride is an understatement Our children's impressive improvements and achievements during the 2022/2023 school year were exceptional.OurTeachersandParentswereboth pleased with the program designed to meet each child's individual needs and now have measurabletargetstooutlinetheprogressofthe students.
This was the first year IEP parent meetings and the implementation of the goals werecarried outwithsuchintentionalityanditisnowastandardthatwillbeexecutedeachschoolyear
FRIENDSINTHEARTS!
OnWednesday07thJuneALCwasgracedwithanentertainingandengagingperformance by the TCI Arts Foundation. Their inclusion of our school in this initiative was greatly appreciated as it exposed our students to the performing art and ignited the interest of participants.
