TROYER GROUP

NETWORK SERVICES TEAM

Troyer Group creates enduring, community-centered infrastructure.

Through thoughtful design, rigorous engineering, and dependable execution, we shape systems that connect people and power progress—especially where it’s needed most.

ENDURING NETWORK

INFRASTRUCTURE

ROOTED IN PURPOSE AND PRECISION

At Troyer Group, we believe infrastructure isn’t just about cables and connections—it’s about shaping the future of shared spaces and ensuring every community has the tools to thrive. Our experienced OSP network design and engineering teams deliver high-quality, ontime results with a deep understanding of what’s at stake: people, progress, and the power of connection.

We partner with broadband clients of all sizes—from national carriers to municipal networks—offering responsive, detail-focused support from initial planning through final implementation. Whether you’re new to broadband infrastructure or a seasoned provider, we align with your goals, adapt to your timelines, and help you make informed, forward-thinking decisions.

Your vision becomes our mission. Our people-first approach means we listen carefully, ask the right questions, and treat each project as if it were our own. We work collaboratively to define scopes, uncover creative efficiencies, and set milestones that are both ambitious and attainable. With a deep understanding of design, permitting, and construction challenges, we stay ahead of potential obstacles, so your project stays on course.

We also simplify the complex. Our team navigates evolving regulations, manages permitting and compliance, and helps you secure critical funding—all while protecting your budget and timeline. When challenges arise, we offer smart alternatives, not roadblocks. And through our partnership with DirectLine, our turnkey construction solutions ensure accountability, speed, and seamless transitions from design to build.

We’re especially proud to play a part in closing the digital divide. Our passion lies in building scalable, future-ready networks that connect underserved communities—bridging gaps in access, equity, and opportunity.

Let’s talk about your network goals.

Together, we’ll deliver infrastructure that’s reliable, adaptable, and rooted in purpose.

Why We Do This Work?

It’s in our mission. We shape places, systems, and infrastructure that prioritize people and their experiences. Our teams accomplish this in a way that aligns with our values, energizes our teams, meets the goals of our clients, and fuels our ability to do more of that work.

Together...

We will create lasting, positive impacts for our communities, our clients, and our team members through our exceptional services, our innovative projects, and our service-oriented mindset. That’s our vision. We hope to achieve that by putting people first, being curiosity driven, by being purposefully personal, being dependable, down-toearth, and ultimately, with the intent that we all thrive together.

People

First

We don’t just design for communities—we design with them. Understanding the human impact behind the build informs everything we do.

Curiosity Driven

We ask ‘what if?’ before ‘how fast?’ — because innovation thrives when there’s room for exploration.

Purposefully

Personal

We treat your project like it’s our own—because trust is earned through dedication and craft.

Dependable

Clear communication, careful planning, and built-in contingencies—so surprises don’t derail success.

Down-to-Earth

We show up as experts, but stay approachable. We know the best work comes from honest collaboration.

Thriving Together

We build teams that grow with your goals, supporting a network of progress beyond the technical.

Pre-Design Field Engineering

Every successful network starts in the field. Our engineers conduct thorough site walks and field investigations to collect accurate, onthe-ground data. This allows us to identify existing infrastructure, environmental constraints, and permitting considerations—ensuring design decisions are grounded in real-world conditions and aligned with construction realities.

FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) – High-Level & Low-Level Design

We offer comprehensive design services for Fiber-to-the-Home projects, whether you need big-picture route planning or detailed splicing and construction documentation. Our High-Level Design services help with feasibility and funding, while our Low-Level Designs bring those plans to life with construction-ready drawings tailored to your network’s specific architecture—GPON, XGS-PON, or point-topoint.

OLT Site Engineering & Ring Tie-In

We provide end-to-end engineering for OLT (Optical Line Terminal) sites, including structural assessments, layout design, and utility tieins. We also manage integration into existing ring topologies, ensuring proper redundancy, efficient routing, and long-term scalability.

Backhaul Design

Your network is only as strong as its backbone. Our team designs robust, high-capacity backhaul routes to connect local networks to regional and national fiber rings. We focus on efficiency, reliability, and redundancy, creating pathways that support current needs and future bandwidth demands.

Make Ready Engineering

Before new cables can be installed, existing infrastructure must often be modified. Our Make Ready Engineering services identify all adjustments required to support new deployments—from relocating equipment to rearranging span clearances—minimizing surprises during construction.

Pole Loading Analysis (PLA)

Safety and compliance are non-negotiable. Our team performs detailed pole loading analyses using industry-standard tools to evaluate structural capacity and determine necessary reinforcements. Whether for new attachments or make-ready assessments, we deliver the data you need to proceed confidently.

As-Built Redlines & System Updates

Once construction is complete, we deliver accurate as-built documentation reflecting what was actually built in the field. These redlines are essential for system integration, record keeping, and future maintenance, ensuring your records remain up to date and reliable.

Utility Relocation & Conflict Investigation

Unexpected utility conflicts can cause costly delays. Our team proactively investigates potential issues during early design phases, identifying conflicts with water, gas, electric, and other buried or aerial infrastructure. We then develop relocation strategies that minimize disruption and maintain compliance.

PE Review & Stamp/Sign-Off (Licensed in 17 States)

For projects requiring a licensed Professional Engineer, we provide PE review, stamp, and sign-off services to ensure designs meet all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements. Our PE team brings credibility and compliance assurance to your build-out—critical for funding, permitting, and liability.
