Yukinobu Ishikawa Japan

Alexandre was also selected to participate in TROMP Percussion Eindhoven 2010.

Yukinobu Ishikawa is geboren in Yokohama (1982). Vóór hij zich op percussie toelegde, studeerde hij viool en nog tijdens zijn percussiestudie bekwaamde hij zich op de piano. Ook als percussionist is hij veelzijdig: pauken, marimba, drums maar ook dejmbé, cajon en jazzvibrafoon. Zijn leraren waren onder anderen Peter Prommel en Isao Nakamura. Yukinobu Ishikawa behaalde tevens de Bachelor of Arts-graad in psychologie aan de Meiji Gakuin Universiteit in Tokyo. Yukinobu Ishikawa was born in 1982 in Yokohama, Japan. Before choosing to focus on percussion he studied the violin and during his percussion studies he also practised the piano. As a percussionist he is a versatile musician: timpani, marimba, drums, dejmbé, cajon and jazz vibraphone. His teachers include Peter Prommel and Isao Nakamura. Yukinobu has also achieved a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Meiji Gakuin University, Tokyo.
