Triangle Staff Update “I am beyond excited for this opportunity available to Triangle’s membership. We have a generous donor that is allowing our staff to extend our resources after a very tough year and a half in the pandemic. My hope is that all members and chapters see the value in these resources and use our new growth staff and partnerships to their full potential. Our new staff additions have valuable experiences in different avenues within the fraternity and sorority life community. In 3-5 years, I believe many Triangle members will remember the great impact that was made by the 2021-2022 academic year. It’s my pleasure to introduce the new growth staff members to you.” — Jim Phillips, Director of Growth & Expansion Robby Barlow “What excites me the most about this position is the fact I get to work with Triangle campuses that are within a five-mile radius of each other. I get to help undergraduate members on the ground. This is a position unlike anything else I’ve seen in the fraternity world. With the campuses so close to each other it creates unique opportunities for growth and brotherhood. In the future I hope the first word that comes to people’s minds when they hear Milwaukee is Triangle. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity to help young men better themselves and their campuses.” Robby joined the Triangle Fraternity Staff as a Regional Leadership Specialist based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In his role he focuses on growth, membership experience, leadership, and education with chapters in Milwaukee and beyond. He is passionate about the holistic development of fraternity men and facilitating lasting culture change in chapters. Robby graduated from Western Illinois University in 2017 with a degree in Recreation Park & Tourism Administration. During his undergraduate experience he served as recruitment chair of his fraternity, Sigma Chi, alongside roles on the Interfraternity Council Executive Board, Student Government Association and Homecoming Committee.
