TRIAD TABLE TALKS
We’re excited to introduce Triad Table Talks a new quarterly tradition designed to bring our team closer together as we grow. Each session will be hosted by our founders, Brad and Shawn, along with two of our team leads, and will offer a chance for small-group conversations centered around connection, storytelling, and shared experiences. These gatherings are more than just a check-in—they’re a space to be heard, to reflect, and to be reminded of what grounds us Whether you’ve been here since day one or just joined the pack, your perspective is valued Your voice matters, and your seat at the table is waiting.

June 26 Triad Office Olympics
Get Ready to Go for Gold, Triad! ��
The heat is on and the competition is calling it’s time for our Annual Triad Summer Office Olympics & Cornhole Tournament!
How to Implement:
To keep the games both fun and cost-effective, we carefully select a mix of budget-friendly activities that are inclusive and easy to execute. For our remote team members, we provide virtual game options to ensure full participation throughout the day.
What You'll Need to Prepare:
Team Breakout List: thoughtfully curate cross-departmental teams to encourage connection and collaboration among team members who don’t typically work together
Team Captain Email: A kickoff guide outlining responsibilities and how to get started Office Olympics Schedule: A full-day timeline with the day of details and transitions
Game Instructions: A breakdown of each game, including setup and scoring Scorecard Template: A simple tracking tool for team captains to log progress and submit results
Day-of Details:
We keep the energy high with a Patriotic Pizza Party for lunch, while team members bring the spirit with festive appetizers and desserts. The fun continues with our annual Cornhole Tournament, featuring online sign-ups and a custom bracket to keep the competition fierce. To top it off, we encourage everyone to show their patriotic pride trophies and prizes are up for grabs for the most spirited outfits!
Our videography and social media teams capture the experience to highlight Triad’s vibrant culture and support future recruiting efforts.

This experience has quickly become a favorite Triad tradition building connection encouraging friendly competition, and c
for our team and their families to relax, connect, and enjoy some well-deserved fun together Hosted at the Founder’s home, this night under the stars will feature an outdoor movie screening complete with cozy lawn seating, delicious eats from local food trucks, and a snack bar full of movie-time treats You’ll hear great music playing throughout the evening as you take on a friendly game of pickleball or challenge your coworkers and their families to classic lawn games It’s the perfect chance to kick back with your crew, enjoy a warm summer evening, and be part of a new Triad tradition that brings our community even closer together. We can’t wait to see you there!
How to Implement:
Pick the Perfect Spot: Host the experience at a spacious outdoor location like the Founder’s home, with room for blankets, chairs, food trucks, and games.
Plan the Experience: Rent a projector and screen for the movie, line up food trucks, set up a snack station with classic movie treats, and create space for pickleball and lawn games. Add background music to set the vibe
Invite the Team: Send out a fun invite with details on what to bring (lawn chairs, blankets) and what to expect Encourage families to join in
Capture the Fun: Have your media team on hand to document the night for future sharing and recruiting content
Prepare for Comfort: Provide extras like bug spray, lighting for safety, and a weather backup plan.
Keep it simple, fun, and family-friendly the goal is connection, relaxation, and creating a memorable Triad tradition.
July 22: Summer Ice Cream Party
Get ready to chill out and scoop up some fun! We're throwing a Summer Ice Cream Party and you’re invited to indulge in the sweetest break of the season! We’ll have a variety of ice cream flavors + allllll the toppings: sprinkles, syrups, whipped cream, candy, cookies, and more! Bring your sweet tooth and come celebrate summer with us one scoop at a time! ��
How to Implement:
Pick a Time & Place – Mid-afternoon in a break room or kitchen works great.
Grab Ice Cream – Offer 2–4 flavors (including a non-dairy if needed).
Build a Toppings Bar – Think syrups, sprinkles, candy, fruit, cookies, whipped cream. ChatGPT is a great tool to brainstorm what all toppings to include!
Provide Supplies – Ice cream scoops, cups, spoons, and napkins
Set the Vibe – Play a summer playlist, toss in some décor, and let people serve themselves or assign a scoop squad.

At Triad, we love to recognize our team members for their contributions no matter how big or small.
The DBDL (Do Business. Do Life.) award is an initiative designed to foster a culture of appreciation and recognition within the team. It provides an opportunity for team members to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding contributions of their peers in their respective roles.
How this works:
Each team member is required to nominate one or more team members by simply filling out a survey that describes why they are nominating that team member Every contribution, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in our collective success
Each person nominated for an award wins a $10 Amazon gift card for each nomination they receive Each nomination they receive earns an entry into a monthly drawing for a $200 gift card to the place of their choice. The winner is announced to the entire team! Nomination forms are shared with both the team member and their team lead.
