Summertime is officially here! Late night bonfires, ballgames, outdoor barbeques, movies on the lawn, swimming, being around friends, and more We are all about community so we encourage you to spend time with those you love and be present in the moment

We are midway through the year, and we feel the momentum from you all working towards your goals If you have set out do business and do life goals, now is a perfect opportunity to check in with yourself and your teammates We want the best for you in both business and life and are here to support you along the way

CULTURE IDEAS ON THE HORIZON

July 22: Summer Ice Cream Party

Get ready to chill out and scoop up some fun! We’re throwing a Summer Ice Cream Party and you’re invited to indulge in the sweetest break of the season! We’ll have a variety of ice cream flavors + allllll the toppings: sprinkles, syrups, whipped cream, candy, cookies, and more! Bring your sweet tooth and come celebrate summer with us one scoop at a time! ��

How to Implement:

Pick a Time & Place – Mid-afternoon in a break room or kitchen works great

Grab Ice Cream – Offer 2–4 flavors (including a non-dairy if needed).

Build a Toppings Bar – Think syrups, sprinkles, candy, fruit, cookies, and whipped cream. ChatGPT is a great tool to brainstorm what all toppings to include!

Provide Supplies – Ice cream scoops, cups, spoons, and napkins

Set the Vibe – Play a summer playlist, toss in some décor, and let people serve themselves or assign a scoop squad

August 27: Fantasy Football Draft ��

It’s that time of year again. Fantasy Football season is HERE and you better believe Triad does it BIG! We’re throwing down a tailgate-style draft party loaded with all your fan-favorite appetizers. Each team member will take their turn making crucial picks as we build our dream lineups and kick off a season of rivalries and revelry. As always, it all ends with a trophy, epic prizes, and undeniable bragging rights that last ALL year long

How to Implement:

Recruit Your League Send out a team-wide invite asking who wants to join the league. Collect team names and designate a league commissioner. Choose Your Platform Set up the league on a fantasy platform (ESPN, Yahoo, NFL Fantasy, or Sleeper are all great)

Pick the Draft Date & Time

Schedule the live draft party (at least 1–2 weeks before the NFL season starts). Send a calendar invite and hype message so everyone saves the date. Plan the Draft Party Theme it like a tailgate! Think sports decor, foam fingers, and a big screen for the draft board. Order fan-favorite appetizers: wings, nachos, sliders, chips & dip, etc. Set up name cards for each team, and prepare printed draft sheets or laptops.

Draft Time! Kick things off with a quick rules refresh and intro Use a projected screen or whiteboard for draft visibility Then the rounds of draft picks begin Trash talk is encouraged Weekly Season Engagement Send weekly leaderboards or funny recaps

End-of-Season Celebration Throw a mini party or happy hour to crown the champ! Present the trophy and hand out prizes: gift cards, snacks, team swag, etc. Recognize other fun categories too: “Best Team Name,” “Biggest Comeback,” etc.

DBDLER AWARD

At Triad, we love to recognize our team members for their contributions no matter how big or small.

The DBDL (Do Business. Do Life.) award is an initiative designed to foster a culture of appreciation and recognition within the team. It provides an opportunity for team members to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding contributions of their peers in their respective roles.

How this works:

Each team member is required to nominate one or more team members by simply filling out a survey that describes why they are nominating that team member Every contribution, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in our collective success

Each person nominated for an award wins a $10 Amazon gift card for each nomination they receive Each nomination they receive earns an entry into a monthly drawing for a $200 gift card to the place of their choice. The winner is announced to the entire team! Nomination forms are shared with both the team member and their team lead.

At Triad, birthdays are a special opportunity to celebrate each team member and show just how much they are appreciated. Here’s how we make their day memorable:

Personalized Desk Decorations

The culture team decorates their desk so that everyone team members and guests alike knows it’s their special day

A Gift Card of Their Choice

Each birthday honoree receives a gift card to their favorite spot, ensuring the gift feels as unique as they are

Paid Time Off

We encourage team members to take a well-deserved day for themselves to celebrate, recharge, or simply enjoy life outside of work.

MONTHLY TEAM RECOGNITION LUNCHES BIRTHDAYS

Each month we bring out the confetti and party hats to celebrate! �� Every single one of our amazing teams plays a huge part in changing this industry, and we want to give them the spotlight they deserve. ��

Each month, we choose 1–2 teams to honor and either bring in lunch for them or let them go out to eat as a team whatever they prefer! It's our way of thanking them for all of their hard work and dedication �� The culture team plays cheerleader and creates team hype by giving a shoutout so everyone from Triad can give those teams the recognition they deserve!

To truly celebrate, team members are required to take a day off within the month of their anniversary

Heartfelt Greeting Card

The entire team signs a digital card, sharing what they value most about the team member This thoughtful gesture is printed and included alongside their gift

Personal Delivery from Our Founder

On their work anniversary, the founder personally delivers their gift, accompanied by a rocket balloon and foil number balloon representing their milestone year.

These moments remind us of the significance of every individual on our team. Together, we continue to thrive and make an impact!
