This past month has been packed with momentum, memories, and meaningful moments and we’re just getting started!
Our annual Summer Olympics were a huge hit! �� From epic team battles to laughs, it was a day to remember. “We Do Business, You Do Second Place” took home the gold so next time you call in, ask who the champions are! If you're thinking about bringing a little Olympic fun to your own office, let us know we’d love to help make it happen.
Another highlight? Founders on the Lawn at Brad & Sarah’s! From bounce houses and food trucks to live music and a dunk tank that kept the kids smiling, it was the perfect summer night spent with our Triad pack
We're also celebrating the exciting expansion of our Triad Headquarters with the addition of a second location our brand new 805 space that’s right across the street from our OG 730 location! We can't wait to show it off, so come visit us in Kansas soon
And now…we're counting down the days to one of our favorite experiences of the year DBDL Founders Retreat in Maui, HI! We can't wait to gather with our founders and their families for a week of doing life together in paradise.
At the end of the day, it's all about you our incredible community. You are why we exist. You inspire us to serve at the highest level and to continue building a place where freedom and growth are not just goals, but realities.

It’s that time of year again Fantasy Football season is HERE and you better believe Triad does it BIG! We’re throwing down a tailgate-style draft party loaded with all your fan-favorite appetizers Each team member will take their turn making crucial picks as we build our dream lineups and kick off a season of rivalries and revelry. As always, it all ends with a trophy, epic prizes, and undeniable bragging rights that last ALL year long.
Recruit Your League Send out a team-wide invite asking who wants to join the league Collect team names and designate a league commissioner.
Choose Your Platform Set up the league on a fantasy platform (ESPN, Yahoo, NFL Fantasy, or Sleeper are all great).
Pick the Draft Date & Time
Schedule the live draft party (at least 1–2 weeks before the NFL season starts) Send a calendar invite and hype message so everyone saves the date Plan the Draft Party Theme it like a tailgate! Think sports decor, foam fingers, and a big screen for the draft board. Order fan-favorite appetizers: wings, nachos, sliders, chips & dip, etc. Set up name cards for each team, and prepare printed draft sheets or laptops.
Draft Time! Kick things off with a quick rules refresh and intro. Use a projected screen or whiteboard for draft visibility. Then the rounds of draft picks begin. Trash talk is encouraged. Weekly Season Engagement Send weekly leaderboards or funny recaps
End-of-Season Celebration Throw a mini party or happy hour to crown the champ! Present the trophy and hand out prizes: gift cards, snacks, team swag, etc. Recognize other fun categories too: “Best Team Name,” “Biggest Comeback,” etc.

The DBDL (Do Business Do Life) award is an initiative designed to foster a culture of appreciation and recognition within the team It provides an opportunity for team members to acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding contributions of their peers in their respective roles
How this works:
Each team member is required to nominate one or more team members by simply filling out a survey that describes why they are nominating that team member. Every contribution, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in our collective success.
Each person nominated for an award wins a $10 Amazon gift card for each nomination they receive.
Each nomination they receive earns an entry into a monthly drawing for a $200 gift card to the place of their choice The winner is announced to the entire team! Nomination forms are shared with both the team member and their team lead

At Triad, birthdays are a special opportunity to celebrate each team member and show just how much they are appreciated. Here’s how we make their day memorable:
The culture team decorates their desk so that everyone team members and guests alike knows it’s their special day
Each birthday honoree receives a gift card to their favorite spot, ensuring the gift feels as unique as they are
We encourage team members to take a well-deserved day for themselves to celebrate, recharge, or simply enjoy life outside of work.
Each month we bring out the confetti and party hats to celebrate! �� Every single one of our amazing teams plays a huge part in changing this industry, and we want to give them the spotlight they deserve. ��
Each month, we choose 1–2 teams to honor and either bring in lunch for them or let them go out to eat as a team whatever they prefer! At Triad, work anniversaries are a meaningful opportunity to celebrate and honor the incredible contributions our team members make to our mission. Each year, we show our appreciation in unique ways tailored to their milestone:
To truly celebrate, team members are required to take a day off within the month of their anniversary
The entire team signs a digital card, sharing what they value most about the team member This thoughtful gesture is printed and included alongside their gift
On their work anniversary, the founder personally delivers their gift, accompanied by a rocket balloon and foil number balloon representing their milestone year.
