DANNY THOMAS’ LEGACY In 1962 the entertainer opened the doors of a hospital dedicated to healing children. Mr. Thomas believed that no child should die in the dawn of life. No family ever receives a bill for treatment. This year guests gathered in the opulence of Hanger One in Scottsdale. The organization, relatively new to our Valley, brought forth our finest philanthropic crowd. Letitia Frye was honored for her very quiet and tireless dedication to this very worthy cause. The brilliance of the evening unveiled the history and story of St. Jude.
