Guide Guide

The Travelpro Guide: the timeless marketing tool from Travelpro. A timeless, glossy copy for storage focused on one specific theme with intensive translation to our online platforms!

The Travelpro Guide will exclusively focus on a specific topic or even a specific organization. Our editors will create the necessary content around the theme, after which you (and your partners) will fill in the Guide with a targeted commercial message into a very high-quality communication tool with your target group.

From concept development to promotion, Travelpro takes care of all the work.

The Travelpro Guide package consists of

• A 20-page Travelpro style magazine*

• Content creation, design, printing, shipping and digital distribution

• A dedicated newsletter to the Travelpro file, containing the link to the digital version of the Guide

• We create a TravEcademy Game Course (12 pages) from the Guide, which is live for 12 months

• 1 month of banner cam page on the website and in the Travelpro newsletter that links to the Guide

• 200 copies delivered to your office for your own use (presentations, trade fairs, etc.)

The above package comes to a total amount of € 17,500.

Participate in an existing Travelpro Guide? We offer the following options:

Option 1

€2,500, consists of 2 pages of infotorial. Completely filled in by yourself of course. For this you can supply 1.000 words of text + 6 images and your logo.

Option 2

€4,000, consists of a 4-page article, with all the novelties that you want to share with the industry. 2,000 words, 15 images and we will provide a spectacular layout within the glossy. Of course, you can also supply something yourself, but know that the layout is included and completely in the glossy house style. A QR code will also appear in the magazine with a link to the online article.

Option 3

€6,500, - A 6-page article + a 1/1 advertisement on top of the story. In this you can go in all directions: from the furnishing of cabins, food and drinks on board, your USPs etc. Of course also a qr code with a link to the online article, a dedicated newsletter to promote the article.

You can place your banner on www.travelpro.nl. Our website attracts an average of 65.000 visitors, mainly working in tourism, every month.These visitors generate 3 pageviews on average every month.The main advantage of our website is that the banners are visible and clickable on every page within the website. This means that your banner will get 65.000 X 3 = 200.000+ impressions every month. On our website there are three possibilities to place your banner with a link to your website or any other URL.

1. The position next to the logo of Travelpro is the most prominent place for your banner, the leaderboard.

Newsletter & Banners

Travelpro offers you the possibility to send a fully dedicated newsletter and communicate whatever you like to the travel agents that receive the newsletter. You can place any content, even banners and we will develop the newsletter for you and eventually send it to the subcribers. This way of communication is perfect for promoting a workshop, an offer especially for travel agents or other kinds of important news. You decide what you communicate and when you communicate it!

Travelpro sends a newsletter five times a week to 7.400 email addresses that are all subscribed to the newsletter. In this newsletter you have two options to communicate your message.

• Opening rate average = 35%

• Click rate average = 19%

1. First option is to place a banner in our newsletter in between the articles, that links to your website. If you wish we can send you an example of the digital newsletter with banners.

Procedures

We charge a CPM (cost per 1.000 banner views) rate, so you’re sure that you get the amount of banner views that you pay for. First the position and campaign size should be determined. Then we include the position of your choice, and the amount of positions that you buy in our banner management system. The banner will then be shown exactly the amount of times that we agree, in the agreed period. When the campaign is finished, we’ll inform you about the specifics of the campaign, including the click through rate.

For our banner advertisement campaigns we use the services of Adbutler. While this system also monitors our campaign statistics, you are 100% sure that you will get the exact amount of agreed exposure.
