Thank you for considering The Peninsula Club for your upcoming event. If you have not yet visited The Club, I would like to meet with you personally, give you a tour, and help you learn about all of the facilities and services we offer. Our team takes great pride in making your time at The Club memorable for you and your guests. We want you to relax and enjoy your event while we will handle all of the details.

This book contains our menus, pricing and other information to help plan your event. There are many menu selections and packages to choose from. Please know we are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. One important note, all prices are subject to a 22% service charge plus tax; tax on service charge is 7.25% tax on food and beverage is 8.25%.

ROOM RENTALS

Room Rental includes: tables, chairs, linen (black or white), dance floor, china, silverware, glassware, trio centerpieces and the necessary service and bar equipment. *Room rental fees waived for members.

***Afterhours Fee: Events may not exceed midnight. If your event runs over your allotted event timeframe of five hours, an afterhours fee will be applied at the rate of $1,000.00 per hour for every additional hour.

DAY-OF-COORDINATOR

The Peninsula Club requires all weddings and receptions have a certified coordinator or planner onsite throughout the entire duration of the event If you do not have a third-party planner, a day of coordination fee will be incurred for the utilization of The Club’s Catering and Events Manager. We require this information be communicated at the time of booking.

We were thrilled with the way everything looked from the entry hall with classical music playing, to the Lakeside Room, Event Patio, Outdoor Terrace and especially the Ballroom.
