The Fitness Center is open to members and their immediate family members ages 16 and up. Children ages 13 - 15 may utilize the facilities if accompanied by a parent or after attending and passing the new Teen Orientation Program.

This one-hour includes training on all the appropriate equipment, Fitness Center rules/etiquette and will give your teen a sense of confidence in their fitness routine!

Featured Healthy Recipe: “The Saucy Scoop” Banana Split Stacks

Ingredients:

• 1 medium ripe banana

• 2 eggs

• 2 tbsp. coconut flour/flour of choice

• 1 tbsp. milk of choice

Instructions:

1. Mash banana and crack eggs. 2. Mix eggs into banana.

3. Add in flour and milk then whisk. (Batter should be similar to traditional pancake batter. Add milk if needed.)

4. Lightly coat medium pan with oil. Once hot, add tbsp. of batter and cook until golden brown.
