Our fast-paced, game-based approach keeps kids engaged and excited as they develop skills through progressive drills and fun, age-appropriate games tailored to every level of play. Led by our energetic team of professional instructors, campers will enjoy high-quality coaching, boundless energy, and a supportive environment where they can grow and reach their full potential.

Throughout the week of summer camp, juniors will earn blue chips for demonstrating great sportsmanship, being the best listener, winning games, and more! Each Friday afternoon, campers can cash in their chips for exciting prizes.

The Fitness Center is open to members and their immediate family members ages 16 and up. Children ages 13 - 15 may utilize the facilities if accompanied by a parent or after attending and passing the new Teen Orientation Program.
This one-hour includes training on all the appropriate equipment, Fitness Center rules/etiquette and will give your teen a sense of confidence in their fitness routine!
• 1 medium ripe banana
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp. coconut flour/flour of choice
• 1 tbsp. milk of choice
Instructions:
1. Mash banana and crack eggs. 2. Mix eggs into banana.
3. Add in flour and milk then whisk. (Batter should be similar to traditional pancake batter. Add milk if needed.)
4. Lightly coat medium pan with oil. Once hot, add tbsp. of batter and cook until golden brown.
