Seared Salmon with Lemon Green Beans and Mango Salsa Lemon Green Beans and Mango Salsa

Ingredients

• 4x 6 oz. Salmon Filets • 1 lb. Green Beans • Zest of 1 Lemon • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil • Sea Salt 1. In a nonstick pan, sear the salmon over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side. 2. Steam the green beans for 5 minutes then transfer them to a mixing bowl and toss with lemon zest, sea salt, and olive oil.

• 1 Mango (diced small) • 1 Jalapeno (minced) • ¼ Red Onion (minced) • ½ Bunch Cilantro (chopped) • 1 Lime (juiced) 3. Prepare all ingredients and combine in a mixing bowl. Season with sea salt to taste. 4. Place the steamed beans in the center of desired serving plate. Place the salmon on top of the beans and finish with the mango salsa.

Berry Burlesque Mocktail Ingredients

• .5 oz. Lime Juice • .5 oz. Honey Syrup • 1 oz. Black Currant Puree • 4-6 mint leaves • 1 Can of Ginger Beer 1.Combine all ingredients (except ginger beer) in a cocktail shaker tin with ice. 2. Strain into a glass over ice. 3. Top with ginger beer and enjoy!

August 5 – August 8 These total game schools will include all aspects of the game including full swing, short game (chipping, pitching, sand and putting), course management and mental preparation to achieve their absolute best. Each day will feature lunch and 2 hours of on-course time that will commence in a 9-hole Championship on Friday. Practice materials will be given as gifts to help these players improve how they practice and play.

All camps include 13 hours of instruction, daily prizes including putting ladder ribbons, U.S. Kids Player Pathway achievement pins, medals, a drawstring bag, hat, junior glove and much more!
