Town of Westlock respectfully acknowledges that we live, work, and play on the traditional and ancestral territories of many Indigenous, First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples. We acknowledge that what we call Alberta is the traditional and ancestral territory of many peoples, presently subject to Treaties 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10 and Six Regions of the Metis Nation of Alberta. We acknowledge the courageous and resilient community leadership of Indigenous leaders, of all ages, Knowledge Keepers, and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us. We make this acknowledgment as an act of reconciliation, gratitude, and commitment to pursuing an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful path towards building strong communities.

Meet your local hearing health care expert!
Hello, my name is Courtney Prefontaine.
I am your local hearing healthcare provider at Amplifon Hearing Care Experts.
My educational journey began in 2016, leading to the completion of my Bachelor of Arts at Grant MacEwan University. However, a personal experience prompted a swift transition in my career path. After learning of a family member’s hearing loss diagnosis, her clinician’s impact on her life inspired me to begin my studies in the hearing aid practitioner program, and shortly thereafter, I became a board-certified hearing instrument specialist.
I am happy to offer many products and services such as:
• Complimentary Hearing Tests and Hearing Aid Trials
