This study focuses on the structural relation of the academic characteristics such as academic self-efficacy and test anxiety which are related to the school maladjustment, among the elements affecting the dyslexia in order to find out the method of helping the students in the high risk of dyslexia to be well adapted to the school life. In addition, it is designed to find out how effective the reading training and the training for improvement in the auditory-perceptual vulnerability would have the mediating effect on the reading ability of the students in the high risk of dyslexia.
For this study, 378 students in the first year to third year in _A__ Middle School located in the City of _B__, Gyeonggi-do were grouped into the general group (191 students) and the group of students under high risk of dyslexia (84 students) using the dyslexia screening paper.
