GENERAL ELECTION DAY– MAY 21, 2022 PUBLIC NOTICE FROM ENROLLMENT Enrollment is closed between May 11, 2022 to June 10, 2022 for the general election as per Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation Tribal Code Title 7, Enrollment, Article VII, Section 2.
The Membership Roll shall close ten (10) days before the annual election of Tribal Council members in May of each year and remain closed for a period of thirty (30) days. Applications for enrollment can be accepted during this period, but shall not be formally acted upon until the thirty (30) day period has passed.
This years general election will be a hybrid of absentee and provisional voting. We encourage registered voters to return their ballots promptly but in person voting will also take place on Election Day. Saturday, May 21, 2022 Howonquet Hall Community Center 8am-3pm.
