All the bees in Bella’s hive have a job to do to keep the hive thriving, including her friends Sophia, Buzz, and Miguel. Now it’s Bella’s turn to discover how she will contribute. Is she a nurse bee? A guard bee? Or maybe a cleaning bee? Join us as Bella finds her determination and discovers her place in the hive! This 35 minute opera performance is perfect for grades K-5, teaching the importance of trying your best and that we all have an important place in our community. Our curriculum-linked classroom guide uses opera as a vehicle for learning language, science, and 21st Century learning skills such as communication and collaboration.

featuring soulful vocals imbued with a pure, exuberant joy worthy of the talented blood that flows through this family’s veins. Fueled by a mutual passion for multiple genres and longing for a fun, family-friendly musical experience for their kids, Paul and Jamie Martin began singing together in 2010 with their four children: March, Kell, Texas and Tallant. Quickly realizing that the kids all showed an uncanny knack for hearing harmonies, as well as for playing instruments, they began performing shows together--and Rockland Road was born!
