Jillissa moorman and her family wanted a fresh start and decided to move to springfeild township located in Iowa with a population of 295. One of the best places to live in Iowa . It offers residents a rural feeling and most residents own their own home

Modern farm house style combines the sleek clean lines of contemporary design with the cozy farmhouse aesthetic to create a unique fresh take on the country living inspired style. Jillissa Moorman is a college professor of interior design She is an ex Athlete& beauty Queen. She has a strong faith and is family centered . Jillissa play’s Multiple Insturmants ,enjoys entertaining and is a community minded person.
Brooks Moorman is a rocket scientist & also an Ex athlete with a strong faith, and is very family centered also community minded .

Kalya age 11 Is a very opinionated person who loves American Girl Dolls,dancing , Cheer , and Gymnastics .
Kensley age 5 Is a very energetic and crafty . She likes barbies and painting , she also love to play dress up and love gymnastics Liker her older sister .

GETTING TO KNOW THE CLIENT
Kolson age 9 is also an athlete and loves engineering some times taking it to far. He also Loves mind-craft .
Karder age 7 is an old man in a child’s body and is very compassionate as he has been described . He loves ties and Lego’s. He is type one diabetes so he is in need of a refrigerator in his room and lots of outlets.

Allie moorman is a Australian shepherd and recently joined the family of six. Allie moorman is very playful & loving bringing joy, love, laugher and wet kisses to the household .Allie is going to be a service dog for mister Karder helping with his Diabetes. Which means Miss Allie will be sleeping with him to grow that most important bond needed to be help him.

With a Growing family of Six there are many want’s and needed in building and designing a new home Some included Storage in all spaces but expecally in the kitchen having a big fridge and a separate freezer , no open shelfing. For the bathroom they would love big showers and space. For rooms they would love to have the boys share bedrooms and the girls to be separate a dinning area for entertaining lot’s of storage through out the whole house. A garage that can hold three cars, a room for just working out, two separate offices , Two different living rooms, a home theater , a room for their mother in laws , an outdoor space that could be lived in . For the outdoor area they would love to have a place for the kids to play, storage for all the equipment , a pool , a place for JIllissa to have a vineyard and grow plants if she wants. The family is very outdoorsy. Also having a space for ally adding a dog run and a dog bath area .
