The role will be to assist with day-to-day general administrative tasks and to basically do whatever needs doing. No two days will be the same, and whilst there will be some daily tasks, there may be the opportunity to develop the role as we continue to grow.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Restorative Justice Team Leader to join the Future4Me team in Lincolnshire. We are looking for someone who is creative and innovative in leading and developing interventions to support restorative outcomes for young people and victims. A strong understanding and knowledge of restorative justice principles and practice is essential.

The role: As a Restorative Justice Team Leader, you will directly manage a team of Community Intervention Workers, sessional staff and volunteers who work with children/ young people through restorative justice interventions such as reparation. This includes where a young person is undertaking a court order or out of court disposal. You will work closely with Future4Me colleagues to prepare and support young people to undertake reparation and other restorative approaches where young people can make amends back to victims and communities. About You: This role will require you to be creative and innovative in leading and developing interventions and community projects to support restorative outcomes for communities, young people and victims. A strong understanding and knowledge of restorative justice principles and practice is essential. You must also have excellent communication skills to enable you to work effectively alongside families, community groups, police, volunteers, and a wide range of other professionals. You will be required to travel and work in a timely and flexible manner to undertake the duties of the role and there is some element of evening and weekend work where required. This can be a demanding role however one that brings great job satisfaction.
