SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

GRANDPARENTS DAY

How we love our grandparents! Each year, Trinity Oaks Christian Academy sets aside a very special day to honor our grandparents and their wonderful legacies in Christ. It’s a day filled with joyful music, classroom visits and simply spending time with those who leave handprints on our hearts. Thank you grandparents (and surrogates too) for pouring God’s love into your grandchildren so that from “tiny acorns will indeed grow mighty oaks”!

ROOTED AND BUILT UP IN HIM Junior high and high school students started off the new school year with a retreat and “building upon their faith as they have been taught.” This time away allows our students to grow closer to the LORD and to one another while enjoying fun, team building activities and taking in God’s beautiful landscape in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

NEWS FROM IN & AROUND OUR SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY

We are very thankful to be celebrating 25 years of partnering with Christian families throughout the McHenry County area. From our talented alumni to the students we serve today, our school stands as a testament to God’s faithfulness and remarkable commitment to the vision and mission of Trinity Oaks. As part of our commitment to our students and the greater community, our school embarked on a journey to become accredited by two of the leading independent school accrediting agencies: Association of Christian Schools International and AdvancED. In October, the final step of the accreditation process was successfully completed and we are eagerly awaiting the final seal of excellence to be awarded in December.

EQUIPPING FUTURE GENERATIONS On October 24, 2015, families, friends and alumni gathered for an incredible evening to celebrate Trinity Oaks’ 25th Anniversary and Annual Fall Banquet. God’s blessings were abundant and woven throughout the event as we recalled the humble beginnings of our school and thanked God for His provision and faithfulness throughout the years. Our time together closed with a powerful message delivered by our guest speaker, Janet Parshall, reaffirming our vision to equip mighty warriors with His wisdom, knowledge & character to impact the world for Christ – for future generations to come and all for His glory!
