products prodotti SYSTEM In Hall A1 at Tecnargilla, System Group will be presenting no less than 22 process systems, in other words technological solutions designed as building-blocks for the flexible, integrated smart-factories of the future. This is a longterm process that will lead to a historic new departure in terms of production and management, involving both ceramic and logistics. The technologies installed in the production units will adapt to formats, including maxi-formats, and to just-in-time requirements, rather than the other way round. Above all, flexibility lies in the absence of limits imposed on the automation systems by the format. There are three macro areas of reference: pressing, with the GEA mouldless press; decoration with various Creadigit models developed, right up to the XXL for mega-sheets; and end-of-line, with the Multigecko sorting unit and the solidly established 4Phases packaging machine. Energy saving (of as much as 50% compared with standard systems), reduced consumption of raw material and attention to the environment and to consumable materials all derive from good management of the production process, which is the mission of manufacturers of high-tech machines for the ceramic industry. The centre-piece of the area dedicated to the production of mega-sheets will be the GEA mouldless press, while the end-ofline moves onto the next generation with the latest technology developed in-house by System,

combined with its more established offering: quality control with Qualitron, Multigecko tworow sorting unit, 4Phases packaging machine, Griffon palletiser and Easy Line FV08 coupled with Multigecko with 12 stackers. The area dedicated to decoration will be exhibiting the Creadigit 400 and 200 DPI with DSP colour profiling hardware developed by System Electronics, but also the Rotocolor XL for traditional decoration on large formats. The finished product, including graphics on tiles and Laminam sheets, will be on display in the temporary show room, and creative projects for innovative surfaces can be viewed in the TosiLab area. Storage is handled by Nuova Era solutions. Robofloor is the rangetopping system for depositing fired material on pallets handled by exceptionally simple shuttles with capacity of up to 400 square metres. Productivity gains reach 30% in the Robobox, because the roller-conveyor system is located on a lift unit, which eliminates the downtimes associated with box changes, by moving laterally and vertically. There’s room for logistics too, with the Modula Sintes1, an automated vertical warehouse with drawers for the storage of moulds, replacement parts and other ceramic production equipment, and automated guided vehicles, which represent another decisive step towards efficient smart-factories. The System Electronics division will present its A8 industrial controllers and its new 21.5-inch console.

Un iter a lungo termine che porta verso una svolta produttiva e gestionale storica, tra ceramica e logistica. Sono le tecnologie installate nelle unità produttive ad adattarsi ai formati, anche maxi, e alle richieste talvolta “just in time” piuttosto che il contrario. La flessibilità sta prima di tutto nell’assenza di limiti imposti dal formato verso le automazioni. Tre le macro aree di riferimento: la pressatura, con la pressa senza stampo GEA; la decorazione con diversi modelli Creadigit sviluppati fino ad arrivare all’XXL per mega lastre; il fine linea con lo smistatore Multigecko e l’affermata confezionatrice 4Phases. Il risparmio energetico (talvolta fino al 50% rispetto allo standard), il risparmio di materia prima, l’attenzione all’ambiente e ai materiali di consumo nascono dalla buona gestione del processo produttivo, missione dei costruttori di macchine tecnologiche per la ceramica. La zona dedicata alla realizzazione di mega lastre vedrà protagonista la pressa senza stampo GEA, mentre il fine linea vive una nuova generazione con le ultime tecnologie nate in casa System unite alle più affermate: controllo qualità con Qualitron, smistatore su due file Multigecko, confezionatrice 4Phases, pallettizzatore Griffon, Easy Line FV08 accoppiato con Multigecko a 12 impilatori. In mostra nell’area dedicata alla decorazione le Creadi-
git a 400 e 200 DPI con l’hardware DSP per la profilazione colore realizzato da System Electronics, ma anche la Rotocolor XL per i decori tradizionali su grandi formati. Il prodotto finito è visibile nella temporary show room: grafiche su lastre Laminam e su piastrelle, nell’area TosiLab progetti creativi per superfici innovative. Lo stoccaggio è gestito dalle soluzioni Nuova Era. Robofloor è il top di gamma per il deposito del materiale cotto su pianali movimentati da navette particolarmente semplici e capienti fino a 400 mq. Nel Robobox il recupero di produttività arriva al 30% poiché il sistema della rulliera è posizionato su un elevatore che, grazie al suo spostamento laterale e verticale, consente di eliminare i tempi morti di cambio box. Anche la logistica ha il suo spazio con il Modula Sintes1, magazzino verticale automatico a cassetti utile per lo stoccaggio di stampi, ricambi e altra attrezzatura delle unità produttive delle ceramiche, e i veicoli a guida automatica AGV, altro passo decisivo verso fabbriche efficienti e smart. La divisione System Electronics presenta i controllori industriali A8 e la nuova consolle 21,5 pollici.
