LETTER FROM THE C R E AT I V E D I R E C T O R So... who are the Editors? They're the designers who lay out the beautiful work and content created by stylists, journalists, and photographers, tying them all together visually into what makes the pages of our books. This year, we've expanded our team of Editors from 5 to 14 members. With more members than ever before, we're excited to kick-off this year with our first ever Meet the Editors mini book! In honor of the online year and the many Zoom introductions you've had to do, here's an intro from each of our editors. Each spread was designed by the editor with the sole criteria of introducing themselves as they see fit and in their own style. With each spread, you'll get a glimpse into their own creative styles. I hope you enjoy getting to know just a few of the beautiful people on the TigerTrends team and have a face to put to our spreads in the coming books.

"I like all types of egg!" - May That's what you'd hear if you asked May what she wants for her favorite meal of the day, breakfast. As a new editor for Tiger Trends, May wants to take the first step to create spreads that are as beautiful as the perfect omelette. What's the first step, you ask? She doesn't know, either.
But truly, nothing inspires May like the regular occurrences of life, like breakfast and video games. She even wrote her common app essay on acne.
May is your girl if you're looking for random trips to get boba, peach gummies, chocolate candies, or a whole ass meal before, during, or after studying. Honestly, if you talk to her enough about food, she might just fall in love with you.
When not in class, May will likely be eating, but if not in class AND not eating, she's probably playing ACNH or League of Legends. She might even be sleeping.
May's favorite artist is Master of Petty Stuart Semple and she dreams of being able to afford the floral decadence of Marchesa dresses. She really likes, for no reason at all, to be one trend behind (media move too quickly) and her favorite book is The Elegance of the Hedgehog by Muriel Barbery.

Welcome to the Gallery Interacting with Jovan is like visiting an exquisite museum. From his colorful expressions and personality, to his passion for languages, learning about him is akin to experiencing a wide array of exhibits. As a new editor on the Tiger Trends team, Jovan aspires to add his unique flavor to the magazine's recipe for success. He also helps to discover more about himself and his creative abilities. Ask Jovan to name a few of his favorite things and the first words uttered are likely to be pizza and the United Kingdom. Pizza is his go-to meal of choice all day every day, and he is fascinated with British history and culture. One day you will surely encounter Jovan vibing in the streets of London.

Welcome to my secret cave! I keep here things that make my soul feel at peace, like lots of plants and nature, stories from folklore and mythology, or existentialist literature :) In this cave there are lots of siamese cats running around, and it smells like caramel, peaches and amber. Oh, and the walls are painted yellow.
The record player has a playlist for each mood, most filled with indie, shoegaze, dreampop, or electronic music. There are lots of posters with FKA Twigs, AURORA, Grimes, and Lady Gaga on the walls (all huge style inspirations as well).
